About this bed and breakfast
The GOAT Rental offers approximately 750 sq. ft. of private living space with everything you need to feel at home. The suite includes a king bedroom, full bathroom, separate living and dining areas, walk-in pantry, fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, and two large TVs.
You’ll also have your own A/C and heat controls. The suite is attached to our home but has its own private entrance and no shared indoor living spaces.
We’re located in Mesa’s historic Lehi neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac with a peaceful country feel, while still being close to Scottsdale, Tempe, Downtown Mesa, the Loop 202, and Cactus League Spring Training.

Easily the most well appointed rental we have ever stayed at! Communication was fantastic and everything was of high quality and well maintained. Great bed and shower pressure. We had everything you could want to cook meals, and the streaming channels were much appreciated! I wish we could give it six stars. Thank you!

The guest house and property really exceeded expectations. Well-appointed, up to date, spacious and charming it was a perfect location for us to visit family in Mesa and Scottsdale and also near our favorite hiking and Salt River adventures.We really love the Lehi community and the country vibe yet so close to everything. We look forward to staying again.
