This luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Evian villa located within Shipyard Plantation on the seventh Tee of the Brigantine golf course, is a short bike ride to the beach and a quick walk for golf and tennis. This villa is perfect for families and couples alike. The open floor plan offers plenty of natural light and access to a covered patio with golf views. The living area with plenty of natural light offers vaulted ceilings, luxury plank floors, wet bar with wine fridge, sectional sofa, flat screen television and electric fireplace. Great area for family gatherings. The fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances opens up to the dining area with access to the outdoor balcony overlooking the golf course that is partially covered for outdoor relaxing. The large master bedroom has a seating area with golf course views that features a king-size bed, flat screen television, and walk-in closet. The new private master bathroom features a large custom walk-in shower and double vanity and plenty of counter space. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a Twin Size Bed with a flat screen television and plenty of closet space. The guest bathroom is located just outside the bedroom featuring a shower/tub combination. Beach chairs and beach umbrella/Coolcabana are provided for your enjoyment.

What a wonderful stay - and the happiest of holidays. Over the years we have stayed regularly on the Island. This year we wanted to share the holidays with our adult children near the beach. Scott and Myla’s home was beautifully decorated and clean! The cleanest, neatest condo we have ever rented - spacious and well laid out and stocked with everything we could need. We were able to tuck right in and get ready for Christmas.
A wonderful surprise - our host invited us to arrive the night before! My daughter and I arrived and set up and decorated the little tree we brought and put the gifts underneath. When my husband and son arrived the next morning they found the tree lit and the fireplace ablaze.
The time we spent at the Pickleball court (a two minute stroll from the condo) and morning and night beach walks added to a bright and happy holiday. We’ll be back!

This place was perfect for our stay. It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach. The pool and tennis courts are much closer. Some of the locals told us that we arrived at one of the busiest times on the island. But this Villa in Shipyard was still peaceful despite the crowds in surrounding areas. Scott and Myla were super responsive before and during our trip and their Villa was spotless. We have rented several VRBO's in the past. This is the first one that felt like home.

Everything about this condo was spectacular. We’ve been staying at different rentals for 20 years and many of them have been great, but I think this one was the cleanest and provided the most “extras”. We appreciated the beach gear, since it made less packing from home for us.
Owners were so responsive and accommodating.
The decor is updated and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

This condo and it’s owners are super! Communication throughout the process from start to finish was fast, accurate and considerate. It’s truly a pleasure to speak directly to the owners. The condo is everything the pictures show and more. Elegant, clean and well appointed. We can’t wait to book it again!

We had a great stay. Highlights:
Condo was clean and comfortable.
Owners were great at communicating all instructions.
Quiet neighborhood.
Very close to tennis courts and pool. Golf also close by.
Easy drive and park at the beach if you arrived early morning or mid/late afternoon. We found it too far of a walk for us to get to the beach with our younger children and all the gear we had.
Location is an easy bike ride to many areas including the beach, stores, and restaurants.
Condo included beach chairs and umbrella which was very helpful.

We had a really great experience at this condo. The owner went above and beyond in providing excellent communication from the initial booking through our stay. The place was very clean, comfortable and well-taken care of. We loved having beach parking access which was so convenient. Would definitely enjoy staying there again!

Our family of 4 had the best vacation in Scott and Myla's lovely condo! We've stayed in Shipyard Plantation a few times (and another Evian condo) and vacationed in HHI 4 times. By far, this condo has been our favorite! It had everything we needed and more! The decor is beautiful and the condo is set up perfectly! It's close to the pool and a short drive (or bike ride) to the beach. Before our arrival, Scott and Myla's communication was stellar! We've never had the level of communication with an owner/host like we did with them. They are detailed and kind, and make sure you will have a wonderful vacation! I hope we get to visit again next year! Highly recommend!!

Nice extras and clean. A rolling cart for the beach would be helpful as it’s a fairly long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Scott and Myla provided exceptional communication from start to finish. The only issue is the very limited parking at the beach requiring 7:30 am arrival to park during peak season. A shuttle is provided for overflow parking.

The property was beautiful. Some properties look thrown together. This unit was truly well decorated. Everything complemented the other items, all the way down to the coasters.

Scott and Myla have the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Centrally located, yet feels many miles away from the excitement of Coligny beach area. We enjoyed the Evian pool, tennis courts, and the villa is an easy bike ride to the beach. The villa was perfectly clean upon arrival and appointed with anything and everything we could need for our beach vacation. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

This was a well-appointed perfect beach get away for our Thanksgiving time away from home. It was a tranquil quiet time for us. The kitchen was stock with every tool you needed to prepare food. It was very clean. Would could not have asked for a better place to visit.

Comfortable, stylish and well-equipped property. Close to tennis and pool our stay was in the winter. Shipyard beach access is a <5 min bike ride. Scott was super responsive and helpful. Shipyard community is pretty and well maintained but a bit challenging to navigate.

It was so incredibly comfortable! Loved the sectional in the living room and the master bed and bath was so wonderful and luxurious. The updates to this villa were done so tastefully, I took notes for future decorating ideas. The walk to the beach was short and peaceful at this time of year. The owners were so accommodating - letting us in early because it was ready. Highly recommend this property to others!!

This rental was perfect! The condo was close to the tennis courts, and the pool. We brought our bikes and enjoyed the bike ride to the beach! Everything about our week was perfect! Great Stay
Our family had a great vacation and really enjoyed our 2 week stay. We have been to Hilton Head on previous vacations, staying at both Hilton Head Plantation and Palmetto Dunes. This was our first time staying in Shipyard and we were located in a quiet, low key area that backed up to the 7th hole on the golf course. We rented bike and bikes to the beach each day. There were plenty of bike paths to navigate through the plantation as well as to make a quick visit to Coligny Shopping Plaza. We were able to take advantage of the tennis/pickle ball courts that were located across the street from the Villa. The Villa was very clean and up-to-date. Having not been our first rodeo, there were nice little touches like a small package of dishwasher cubes, laundry soup, k-cups and creamer for a Keurig, and bottles of water on the counter that made for a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. We enjoyed sitting out on the covered deck in the morning while eating breakfast and drinking coffee. A thunderstorm came through one evening and knocked out the cable and internet for several days. Scott and Myla were very responsive and helpful coordinating the Spectrum to get things back up and running.

Great Place to Stay in Shipyard!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was clean, organized, and welcoming! Exactly as described in the advertisement. The location was great and the community beach access was excellent. Scott and Myla truly set the bar high for hospitality - if I could give them an extra star I would! Excellent communication before and during our stay. I would gladly rent from them again!

It was so hard to leave this beautiful villa!! Everything from start to finish was amazing…super clean, well-appointed, and beautiful! We really appreciated the detailed communication with Scott and Myla, too. Lots of updates prior to our stay and then check ins during our time to make sure all was well. We are already counting the days to our return!

The property was comfortable, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Our host was very helpful and responded immediately when we had an issue. Scott was patient and very courteous with our questions and made our stay easy and enjoyable. The location of the property allows easy access to the beach, golf, tennis, shopping and restaurants. We wouldn’t hesitate to choose this property again.

I'm sure I will miss some details about this amazing stay we just had, but just to share a few:
- Location was great, super quite and we enjoyed being on the 2nd floor on a corner unit- which allows you to enjoy the great covered deck area.
- Unit was super clean and very well stocked for anything you may need on a vacation trip.
- That Evian area is super nice and quite
- Communication with owner was plus +++, super prompt and super proactive too, which for us is key when renting properties
- Beds were super comfy, property layout was super comfortable.
- We really liked the natural light coming into the living room space throughout all day.
- AC works as a champ
- All appliances worked great, btw, you will find this silly but we also enjoyed the fact that the microwave was externally vented so when cooking we didn't have to worry about smells going to the kitchen.
- Walking trails are great. It's about 1.2 miles walk to the beach.
Overall my wife and I had a fantastic time and we will certainly tag this property for future trips. You won't be disappointed when renting this.

The ease of booking and communication with owners was 5 stars! The property was exactly as pictured and the amenities were many. There was so much attention to detail and the location was perfect. The owners sent detailed instructions ahead of time which saved so much time getting acclimated. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Scott went above and beyond in his efforts to make sure we had everything we needed and we had no problems. I would give him a great rating for that alone. However, the condo itself was just as pictured and had everything and more that we could possibly need.
I highly recommend renting his place.
