Garage Bay 1 : 21 feet deep and 12 feet wide (note: driveway gate will limit some trailers from maneuvering) PARKING AREA - We also have a large 16 x 75' deep parking area outside of our main gate - off of the top of the driveway. Pool/spa heating is not included, but available upon request at an additional cost per day, based on normal use hours.
