Situated in Destin, this attractive house for $1,000 per night is a great choice for your next break. Just steps from the world famous white sandy beaches of Destin! With construction completed November 2020, this modern, professionally decorated home boasts 8 Bedrooms; each with their own full bathroom. Sleeps up to 24! Private heated pool and hot tub, in a quiet secluded neighborhood, perfect for your family's beach vacation. Quick 5 minute walk to the beautiful Crystal Beach. As a part Kokomo Cove, this rental comes with access to the private beach right at the end of the road - very rare in Destin! Within walking distance of Destin Commons for premier outlet shopping, featuring over 75 shops and restaurants. Very easy to bike or walk anywhere you need to go. Safe beach community with over 6 miles of trails nearby, perfect for biking, jogging or walking at any time of day. With 4200 Sq Feet of spacious living area, there is plenty of room for large family reunions or multiple families to vacation together. Walking into the house you pass the two front King bedrooms and open floor plan kitchen and living room. A third King bedroom overlooks the pool in the back. There are Five bedrooms on the second floor - 4 King and one Large bunk-room that has 4 Queen Beds. 2 of the King Rooms on the second floor have private balconies facing sunrise in the East - perfect for your morning coffee . Bunk room has barn doors that open up to a huge second living room - perfect for the kids. Additional Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Large 70 inch televisions in each living room, TV in every bedroom. Head outside to the large covered raised porch off of the 1st floor living room. Perfect place to keep one eye on a book and the other on the kids who most likely never leave the pool and built in hot tub. 8 ft fences keep the backyard very private - plenty of loungers surround the pool. Always plenty of pool toys, and beach equipment in the back, as well as a propane grill and outdoor shower. This house is perfect for large groups, but if needing even more space, the house next door is identical - with a locked fence between the properties that can be opened on request. The house was great and perfect for our family. Our only complaint was the way we were treated the last day on the beach. The person setting up the chairs on the beach not only moved our chairs and umbrellas but was extremely rude. Next time will probably find a place on another beach. Not a good way to end our first trip to the beach.

We had the most amazing time at Modern Coastal! With a combination of adults and children from ages 1 - 13, the size of the home, the layout and the amenities were perfect for our group. Additionally, the house was spotless upon arrival. Plenty attention to cleaning!
Each large bedroom has a beautiful bathroom and shower. Even the bunkroom, which was perfect for our group of kids, had their own!
The main kitchen/living room was large and easy for our group to have plenty of space to sit, eat and party. The bar area and ice maker were both a great addition and necessity for us. The patio and back porch were perfect to stay up and enjoy the night while others decided to turn in.
The pool and back patio area with outdoor shower were perfect once we arrived back from the beach and able to rinse off. Plenty of toys from previous guests were available to use and leave behind.
The short walk to the private beach entrance was the topper. We took golf carts to the main public beach area on the first day and quickly had to navigate with tons of other guests. The private beach is much less crowded and you are able to get close to the water.
I do recommend golf carts for your group as it's a very quick and easy way to travel the area. Parking for a golf cart is much easier to find than a vehicle.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and could not recommend a better place for your vacation! Can't wait to get back!

The house was great! Bathrooms for each of the 8 bedrooms, pool with covered porch just off kitchen/living room made all 18 of us very comfortable. We had 5 children ages 5-17 and the rest were adults. 6 families in all. The kids LOVED the bunk room.
Short walk to beach in neighborhood.
Ron was very responsive when we texted about the pool filter not being on. He arrived within a half hour.
So much to love about the location and house!
We hope to return.

We had an incredible time on a much needed vacation. I've rented through Vrbo before and sometimes the pictures and listing are a bit overstated.. not this house, in person it was even better than the pictures, would give 10 stars if I could!

Best home I’ve stayed in Destin by far – my family has been coming for years and this year we needed a larger home and Graham’s house was PERFECT. Everyone had their own space, own bedroom and bathroom. The home is in spectacular shape, and Ron (the Manager) immediately answered any questions we had. I cannot wait to stay here next year!!

This house is really great for a large group. We had 16 and it never felt small. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice. Beds are comfy but there were some minor complaints about the pillows - too big, not great to sleep on. The pool was really great. The hot tub controls are not very intuitive and we’re not explained in the listing info. The grill is cheap but worked well but was filthy. The listing said to clean the grill after use but there is no grill cleaning brush anywhere, so impossible to comply with that request, which may explain why it’s not clean! Apart from the pillows and the grill, everything else about the place was really great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Incredible home - I've been down to Destin a few times, this time with my inlaws and I sometimes worry they will be hard to please... but not this time! Everyone loved the home, it was spotless, such an easy walk to the beach and it is so nice to be on a quiet road without any through traffic - I will 100% be back again.

We had a wonderful weekend away. The 8 king rooms with their own bathrooms was great. Pool was nice for days we wanted to avoid extra sand. Location was wonderful, very short drive or walk to the beach. The house could have been cleaner - lots of dead bugs, hair and dirt left behind in the bathrooms, and the grill and utensils were dirty/greasy from previous renters. Otherwise, highly recommend.

This place suited our needs as a group of 20 something people perfectly. Everyone slept comfortably and the kids had a blast in the pool and being able to be together in one spacious house. I also want to say - I sooo appreciate Graham’s extra accommodation to make sure we were able to pull off the surprise 60th party for my mother in law. She was definitely surprised and we were able to decorate and set everything up with time to spare. Thank you again!!

Very nice for our group of 10 adults and 9 children. We really liked the house and pool area. The neighborhood was quaint and beautiful. The yard is fenced in and really no view of anything. Plenty of room for parking. Close enough to beach areas and could be walked. But rented golf carts made going to the beach much easier for our group. The house appeared clean except the floors were a bit sandy. That is probably unavoidable. The house was very stingy on towels. So bring extra wash clothes and towels and kitchen towels. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay. It is Beautiful inside.

But when we opened the door...it was just PERFECT! My concerns about it being spacious enough for all of our family to be comfortable disappeared. Lovely, but comfortable home with all of the amenities that you could want - large pantry for stocking food in the house, great laundry room - every bedroom having it's own bathroom was absolutely perfect! And gorgeous bathrooms. The pool area is also much more spacious than the photographs show. Enough space for everyone to enjoy time at the pool after the beach...can't say enough about how wonderful the house was for our Family Vacation! Oh...and very close to the beach - right at the end of the street - easy, quick access! Just PERFECT! Graham and his team have done a fabulous job and they were very responsive, friendly & helpful! But when we opened the door...it was just PERFECT! My concerns about it being spacious enough for all of our family to be comfortable disappeared. Perfect Getaway
I have stayed at 3 of Graham's properties - and while I've loved each one of them, this one was a real treat. The spa was perfect for the 70 degree weather in April. The backyard had so much room on the back deck and we probably spent more time at the pool than the beach! Walk to the beach was nice and easy and just down the road. I cannot wait to come back to this house!!! Thank you Graham!

Absolutely Incredible
The property was amazing, and it was HUGE! The pictures do not do it justice. Kitchen stocked, bedrooms large, short walk to the beach. It was absolutely perfect for what my family needed right now! I was a little concerned when I booked this house because there were not any reviews, makes me cautious, but come to find out - its just brand new! I cannot thank Ron (manager) and Graham (owner) enough for such a wonderful stay. My family of 30+ rented this as well as the house next door - and he even had a fence between the back yards that can swing open. We WILL definitely be back!
