Enter the front foyer featuring traditional knotty pine. To the right, the open living room has comfortable furniture, a flat screen smart TV with cable and WiFi and a table perfect for games and puzzles (fireplace is decorative, not for tenant use). Just off the living room is a lovely enclosed sun porch with two day beds and a ceiling fan--a nice place to relax with a good book. Off the left of the foyer is the dining room with a large dining table and plenty of seating. Access the roomy, nicely equipped kitchen from the dining room or living room. There is a half bath off the kitchen and the exterior kitchen door leads to the backyard. All of the home's three bedrooms are on the second floor, accessed by a staircase in the front foyer. Bedroom one has a queen bed and a twin with trundle (two twins), bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has two twin beds. There is a newly renovated bathroom with tub/shower on the second floor as well. Lots of fun board games and jigsaw puzzles in the living room and a ping pong table in the basement. Thank you! 2023 - I've stayed at this property with my family of six for two years now and I'm definitely booking again. The house is super clean, organized, and bright. It has every amenity you can ask for and ample space for us all. Outside is a fabulous outdoor shower, which we use a lot. Its location is absolutely perfect. Just a short walk to the quaint town center of Wellfleet with its many shops, restaurants, and galleries, and also to town beach. It's also a short drive or bike ride to the amazing glacial ponds and several ocean beaches.
