Our stay at Grand Estates was amazing! The house was perfect for our group size and accommodated our needs beautifully. The location was great and close to town and RMNP entrances for our early morning departures to see the wildlife at sunrise. This was our second trip to Estes Park, and we plan to go back again in the future because we love it so much.

This property was stunning, had great views of RMNP!! The kitchen, dining room and living room area was great for our large group hanging out. The bedrooms and bathrooms were pretty big too. Lots of animals in the fields in the morning which was fun to watch. My only recommendation is to have full length mirrors in the bedrooms as we were there for a wedding and needed to all get ready

Great location for several family members to stay during a wedding. Watched a herd of elk pass by from the back porch! The house was very clean and owner very responsive.

Loved the cabin. Beautiful as it was shown in the photos. AC was a must for us and the only issue I would say was the bottom floor was cold, middle floor was perfect, top floor was a tad warm. But besides that, we would love to stay again, for sure!!

The house was very accommodating for our family of nine, 5 adults, 2 teens and 2 children. The location is superb and the view breathtaking. Great walking paths too. We loved the house and our stay in Estes Park.

Nice, rustic lodge feeling to this property. We had plenty of room for our family. Elk and deer visited us right outside our door! Good value and we'd rent here again.

We ended up having a group of 11 and we had enough space for all of us. The common areas were big enough to accommodate the size of our group without feeling cramped. Gorgeous views of the mountains and elk outside of the place in the morning. Loved the place.

The 3 story home suited our large family gathering very well. There was room for every one and every thing an more!! One thing that was not good was the overall cleanliness. There were visible crumbs and such on the floors and the rugs in bathrooms were gross, to be honest. They were filled with various crud from previous visitors. Overall this was a great place to stay. The owners provided plenty of shampoo, TP and various items so we have no need for runs to the store. The owners easily, kindly let us check out 1 hour later than normal upon my request. We would come back again!

Our overall experience was great. The home is spacious and clean. We would’ve given a 5 star review if it hadn’t been for an atrocious grill. That grill looked like it hasn’t been cleaned, ever. They did not have any grill brushes to clean it with, and had to spend money on a new brush. Furthermore, their propane tank was completely empty, and the fat runoff on the bottom of the grill was completely full. Minor inconvenience, but the listing was advertised with a grill. Besides the grill. Things were great.

The house was wonderful, so much space we didn’t even use the basement! Love the amount of large bedrooms with ensuites. Everyone had their own space to retreat you. Would 1000% book again!

We loved our stay at this property. It’s very spacious and a comfortable home for a group of people. It’s in a great location in Estes Park and is close to downtown and many restaurants. The check-in was easy and the neighborhood was quiet.

Great house, very clean and well furnished. There were no extra keys left on the counter for us but we made do with the one. And no extra trash bags, but everything else was great, beautiful place. We'll stay there again!!

We enjoyed our stay at your house for our small family reunion. We were treated to a magnificent elk show the first evening of our stay right from the deck overlooking the little green space. Much easier elk viewing that battling the crowds in RMNP!

I rented this home in Estes Park for a large family group. It easily accommodated all of our needs and the location was great! The home was clean and smelled fresh when we arrived and was stocked with most everything you would need. It was equipped with chair lifts for the stairs which was helpful for my 95 year old grandmother to join us in the basement for a round of cards. The rental company was easy to contact and very helpful. I would definitely rent this home again.

It is a beautiful home. More than enough for everyone in our group. The biggest thing was nothing was stocked. No toilet paper, laundry soap, trash bags, dish soap, dish towels, etc. We had to get lots of our own supplies for the house but overall great location. Some of the closet doors were broken and broken tiles in many of the bathrooms.

Just as pictured, very clean, and well supplied with toiletries etc. -- perfect for family gatherings! We were in town for a wedding and had just 7 people (2 had to cancel) sleeping in the house but hosted breakfast for more and had plenty of room. The basement is beautifully furnished and a completely separate living area (daughter and her boyfriend loved it) tho not sure if there is separate heating there; enjoyed the ping pong table too! Kitchen is well equipped with 2 ovens (tho the wall oven was broken during our stay). The house is located in a small enclave off a main road near shopping and downtown Estes (5-10 mins drive), but note that it's not walkable to any area attractions. Lots of elk were all over every day of our stay. Nice views of the beautiful snow capped mountains too!
