Welcome to Le Loft de Bazus, a beautifully renovated 150 m² two-storey former barn, where traditional exposed brick and stone typical of the Toulouse region meet generous spaces and contemporary design.

Fully air-conditioned, the Loft accommodates up to 6 guests and offers a particularly flexible sleeping arrangement, making it ideal for families, couples or groups of friends.

Located in the heart of the peaceful village of Bazus, it offers the tranquillity of the countryside while remaining only around 25 minutes from Toulouse.

* A SPECTACULAR LIVING SPACE

At the heart of the Loft is an impressive 100 m² open-plan living area with sloping ceilings, filled with natural light and designed for spending quality time together.

It combines a spacious lounge with a fully equipped open kitchen centred around a large island seating up to 10 people – perfect for cooking together, enjoying drinks or sharing long, relaxed meals.

The kitchen provides everything you need: oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, American-style fridge-freezer, built-in coffee machine and a wide range of cooking utensils.

The lounge features a large sofa with chaise longue, a bench seat and a coffee table, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy this impressive living area.

* FLEXIBLE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS TO SUIT YOUR GROUP

The Loft accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, but deliberately offers several sleeping options so that you can choose the arrangement that best suits your group.

On the ground floor, behind the glass partition near the entrance to the Loft, there is a double sofa bed sleeping 2 guests. This area offers less privacy than a traditional bedroom, but benefits from its own private shower room with shower, washbasin, mirror, heated towel rail and storage.

Upstairs:

• The first bedroom features a double bed (140 × 190 cm) and storage.
• The second, larger and more flexible bedroom features one double bed (140 × 190 cm) and 4 single bunk beds, as well as a TV and storage.

A second shower room with shower, washbasin, mirror, heated towel rail and toilet is also located upstairs. A separate toilet is available on the ground floor.

The property therefore offers 10 individual sleeping spaces in total, while occupancy is intentionally limited to a maximum of 6 guests.

This flexible layout gives couples, families and groups of friends the freedom to choose the sleeping arrangements that suit them best, without necessarily having to share the same bedroom.

* SWIMMING POOL & OUTDOOR AREAS

During the warmer months, enjoy the secure saltwater swimming pool and wooden terrace – perfect for relaxing, soaking up the sun or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

A gas plancha grill is also available for outdoor meals.

* COMFORT & AMENITIES

The Loft benefits from reversible air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay in both summer and winter.

Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are also provided, along with everything you need to settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive.

Free parking is available in front of the house, with space for several vehicles.

* PRIVACY & PROXIMITY TO THE OWNER'S HOME

The Loft is adjoining the owner's home, but the spaces have been designed to preserve guests' privacy throughout their stay.

When the owner is at home, a blackout curtain is systematically drawn across the owner's side of the bay window, preventing any direct overlooking and maintaining guests' privacy.

When the owner is away, the Loft benefits from a more open configuration, allowing guests to enjoy the property with complete privacy.

You have your own dedicated spaces and can enjoy the Loft, terrace and swimming pool in peace throughout your stay.

Check-in is available from 5:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am at the latest.

All the information you need for your arrival and stay will be provided before your visit.

* BAZUS & THE SURROUNDING AREA

The Loft is located in Bazus, a charming and peaceful village in the Haute-Garonne region.

The village is home to the Saint-Pierre Church, rebuilt in the 16th century in the Southern Gothic style and characteristic of the architectural heritage of the Toulouse region.

Toulouse can be reached in approximately 25 minutes by car, with the A68 motorway just a few kilometres away. This allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside while remaining within easy reach of the famous “Pink City”.

For everyday essentials, a bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist/newsagent, local shops and supermarkets are all just a few minutes away by car.

There are also plenty of leisure activities nearby, including the Buzet Forest, horse riding, treetop adventure courses, paintball, the Natura Game escape room and the Calicéo wellness centre.

And for a taste of village life, the pétanque courts are just a short walk from the Loft.
