The location is perfect and they provided some coffee and wine, which was a nice touch.
The check in process is very confusing. The instructions given were flat out wrong. The heating control is quite clunky and most of the time the flat felt too hot. We missed some hooks and surfaces to place stuff, hang towels, and so on.

Very good position.
Staff was unhelpful. We had problems with the check in, I didn’t receive the codes by email. I had to call them.
the big light above ours bed couldn’t turn off. Even pushing the button, it stayed on. I messaged the staff, they said they would have a look, but never did. We had to shut down the entire electrical system in the night to turn it off, making it impossible to charge ours phones overnight
