Location is amazing. Spacious. Access by app as well as a set of keys.
We were given an invalid access code to the building, so we waited 2 hours outside before the hosts responded to our SMSs, direct phone calls and emails. Hosts are generally unresponsive to all forms of communication.
Ait conditioning unit only in the lounge room.
Some bedrooms were provided with damp folded towels.

Posizione centralissima a due passi dalla Gran Via e da Puerta del Sol. Molto grande con arredamento moderno.
L’host non risponde ne ai whatsapp ne ai messaggi tramite booking. Per avere info é obbligatorio chiamarli. Bagni e una camera non finestrati. Arredamento da rivedere (mal tenuto)

El apartamento está genial y la ubicación es perfecta, señaló 3 detalles a continuación que habría que mejorar, pero lo recomendaría a cualquier amigo y si vuelvo y está disponible repetiré, está muy bien.
La televisión se apaga sola cada minuto, tuvimos que esperar hasta las 18:40 para que nos trajeran las llaves y habíamos quedado a las 18:00, solo dan un juego de llaves, si viajas con gente es un inconveniente si no vais todos juntos como nos pasó un día
