Perfect location!! Everything is within walking distance. Love it!
The flooring could be better and safer. There were a few nails poking up from flooring that cut my son foot. Other than that the place is great!

Amazing location very close to all the main attractions
Check in was complicated since you need wifi which we didn't know and the it was on the fourth floor with really long and tiring stairs, also they didn't provide enough basic equipment such as toilet paper even though we were 6. The floor is starting to peel which might be dangerous for kids because it's wood. AND the sofa that was supposed to be a bed was broken and we had to push it against the wall to sleep on it and it wasn't really comfortable we also couldn't find blankets for the persons sleeping on the couch so they had to sleep without any covers.

ëtre au centre ville cde Madrid
Être au 4ème étage sans ascenseur. Les fenêtres donnaient dans l'arrière cours avec le bruit du voisinage. Le climatiseur de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et etait bruyant
