La ubicación y facilidad de encontrar un transporte
Que nunca tuvimos agua caliente en la habitación 204, no pasaron a hacer la limpieza mientras estuvimos ahí, tampoco funcionaba al 100% el aire acondicionado usamos al mismo tiempo el ventilador de techo para refescar la habitación.

I liked the hot shower and the room was spacious
they let me store my bag until my late bus but wouldn't let me check out later than 12pm unfortunately
location is very close to malecon and centro sights
rooms are very outdated
late at night/early morning very loud noise from what i think was the airconditioner units at the back of the building, kept me awake and woke me up
wifi did not work in the room so i had to work from the lobby
there are no windows in the room that lead to natural day light. Windows faced into corridor that have hyper-bright lighting that stopped me from sleeping
the room lighting is depressing - if you don't have natural light at least try to incorporate lamps so you can have softer lighting
the curtains are paper thin so don't block any light from the corridor
the pillows are terrible and my neck was in pain as a result
one of the reception staff was friendly but another was not
