About this house rental
Beautifully renovated, historic trinity home with amazing location! Located in the heart of Fitler square, our single family row home was built in 1825 and renovated in 2020. Trinity homes are a unique part of Philadelphia’s history and are traditionally one room per floor, connected by a narrow circular staircase. (See photos to be sure you feel comfortable navigating!) Walk to 30th St Station, Schuylkill Trail, CHOP, UPenn, Drexel, Rittenhouse, Fitler Square and more! New HEPA air filter!
Our private, modern colonial style home has a living room and kitchen on the first floor. The second floor has the bathroom and two private sleeping spaces: one bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bedroom (no closet) with two twin beds. The third floor stairs open into the final bedroom with an attached balcony and working grill. Window a/c units, robust wifi, and a kitchen with all the amenities you need. Trinities are called America's first tiny homes - while the home sleeps 6 comfortably, the living room space is not large - please view the photos!
A note: Our laundry team enters the home to pick up and drop off linens from the basement on Tuesday and Thursday mid-mornings. Guests are welcome to be home or away during their quick stop.

The house was cozy! I love the neighborhood with local coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. The host is responsive, the rules are clearly laid out. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Philadelphia.

Everything about the home in a quaint neighborhood so close to the pulse of center city. The home is clean and although we didn’t cook meals the kitchen seems to have most of what you would need. Instructions and amenities are clearly displayed in view and communication was prompt. Would definitely recommend a stay here, you won’t be sorry to be so close to good restaurants and it’s fab neighborhood vibe!

The location of this rental is great - a block from the river park, and a short walk to Center City. The street is safe, and it's a lovely neighborhood. It is a historic home, with narrow, winding staircases, but we knew that going in.The house was clean and reasonably well equipped. There isn't a ton of space, in general, and it would have been nice to have a spot where three people could eat a meal (there are two stools at a counter, and otherwise just the living room). But we did cook a little, and we found what we needed in terms of linens, utensils, etc.We came in the middle of a hot spell in Philly (read: summertime). There are window units for air conditioning, but they are just able to keep the place cool when it's really hot out (brick holds so much heat from the day), and on the second floor, the air conditioner is pretty much in bed with you, and it was incredibly loud. It's not great. I'm not clear on what could change given the brick walls and limited space, but it made for a rough few nights of sleep.
