it was our first 2 nights in iceland - cabin was easy to find - it was clean and cosy - we have really enjoyed the stay - for 5 people ( 3 adults and 2 kids ) its a little small but thats not a issue - everything was there working - we cleaned after our stay - so the next guests will have same clean cabin - small suggestion - air vent in kitchen would do magic when cooking - windows got foggy - ofc we opened windows - but this would solve getting cold air in cabin.otherwise great stay - owner of cottage responds fast and is very helpful - only thing i would add is - locations of the bin area - gps coordinates - we got lost a bit - but eventualy found them.

Kuchnia całkiem dobrze zaopatrzona. W domku jest dużo miejsca , niestety nie ma kto sprzątać mieszkania i muszą to robić goście , dlatego czy zastaniecie czysty dom zależy to od gości którzy byli przed wami…
Sprzątanie samodzielne domu , samodzielne zakładanie pościeli , brak ręczników . Właściciel mimo moich próśb nie przywiózł nam obiecanych ręczników a dowiedzieliśmy się o tym po dotarciu do noclegu :(

2 night stay at Hekla Nordicabin manage to see Northern lights.
Sleeping room is separate from the main house. At night need to go Toilet need key open 2 doors and lock 2 doors. Unless you feel safe to leave 2 doors unlock.
Sleeping room if heat on too strong, bunker top bed will feel like Sauna. Else below will feel cold.
Sleeping room mattresses is not comfortable.
Cleanliness depent on how well the previous customer cleanup. Floor can be still dirty.
Light at the main house is pretty dimm even at the shower room.
Got cctv outside the house BUT no wifi to use. So require to have your own data plan.
