This property begins with an arduous check in process. The key is located about a mile from the apartment. The apartment itself is very hard to find in the complex. The apartment is similar to a college dorm. Old beds. Beat up walls. A tiny refrigerator. The living room couch was so old and soft that it was uncomfortable to sit on. No kleenex or paper towels. Towels were limited and very thin. The location was a good distance away from City center and dining options were quite limited. Upon checking out you had to return the key in the same manner (the back of a Circle k)so you had to add extra time on your way to the airport in the morning. Overall very disappointing.

This is a very nice apartment in a great location, a block from the EPIC museum, on the LUAS line, close to sites, coffee shops & grocery stores. Very comfortable for our party of 6 and good value for the $. The lockbox to pick up and drop off the key is a mile from the property so factor in the time. Property manager sent us check in instructions including photos 6 days before check in and was responsive to our follow up questions. If you take a taxi to the property use the address of one of the adjacent businesses (in the photo provided) to get near the entry gate rather than the property address, which baffled our 2 taxi drivers and caused them to let us off far from the gate. Taking the LUAS red line to the Mayor Square stop and crossing the street is straightforward.

Property is in a good location, however the couch (dirty) and beds were worn / not comfortable. The contact with the owner is non-existent until the week of travel. Gaps in instruction on how to access the property (gates- car entry & pedestrian) luckily friendly locals living at the property were able to fill in the gaps on vehicle access one gate for entry the other gate for exit that did not read our access card. Inconvenient check in & out process (at a different location). Would seek a different accommodation if I visit Dublin again.

Beautiful apartment
Beautiful apartment
This was a wonderful place to stay. Very centrally located. Just one suggestion for owners- let the renter know that information for check in will be sent the day of arrival- not before. We were travelling around and were stressed about the check in. We called the number that was listed and did not hear back. We sent an email to an old email address and were a bit stressed when we did not hear from anyone. Other than that, the place was perfect.
