About this apartment rental
The spacious and finely furnished penthouse apartment “Es Port” is situated directly on the sea and the marina in Portopetro, next to Cala d’Or. The 160 m² penthouse consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and cable television, while a baby crib and a highchair are available on request. The highlight of the apartment is the large sun terrace with seating furniture, deck chairs and great views over the marina and the bay. Here you can start the day with breakfast in the sun or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty dinners from the barbecue. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants can be reached on foot within 1-3 minutes, and the marina is located just across the street. The nearest sandy beach is a 14-minute walk (1 km) from the penthouse. After a 7-minute drive (3.5 km) to the neighboring town of Cala d’Or, you will find many cafés, bars and restaurants along the scenic marina and coves. From the property, it is a 13-minute drive (10 km) to Santanyí, and Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 60-minute drive (62 km), while the airport is a 50-minute drive (54 km) away.

Pros: The terrace of this apartment is truly amazing. You can sit and watch marina life all day and it's also a perfect spot for relaxing in the evening. We spent very little time indoors but the place was spotless. The kitchen was very well equipped, although we used it seldom as we chose to eat out at the variety of restaurants within a few minutes walk of the apartment. The fresh bread available at the local Spar was ideal for lazy lunches and for stocking up on essentials. The air conditioning worked well in the lounge and both bedrooms. The host was easy to contact and always responded quickly. Portopetro and this apartment are certainly both worth a repeat visit.
Cons: Nothing springs to mind.

Wir waren von der Lage und der Ausstattung der Wohnung wirklich begeistert. 2 Minuten zum Spar um frisches Baguette zu holen, eine elektrische Zitronen-/Orangenpresse für die tägliche selbstgemachte Limonade, italienisches Espresso-Kännchen für den Kaffeegenuss zwischendurch, wenn man nicht gleich die Kaffeemaschine dreckig machen will, genügend Töpfe und Pfannen und gute Schneidemesser, um für die ganze Familie ein Topp-Essen mit Nudeln, Gemüse, Muscheln und frischem Fisch zuzubereiten. Für die Abwechslung gab’s bestens Hafen-Kino, bei dem Kajaks, Motorboote, Segeljachten und prachtvolle Katamarane beobachtet werden konnten. Unsere Joggingrunde führte immer an einer der super schönen Buchten s’Amarador, Mondrago, Borgit vorbei, für die kleine Abkühlung am Morgen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Einzig die Betten sollten erneuert werden, was uns die Vermieterin als nächste bereits geplante Renovierungsmaßnahme zugesagt hat. Gerne wieder!

Pros: Die Lager der Wohnung ist super!!! Von der MEGA Dachterrasse hat man wohl den besten Blick über die ganze Bucht bzw. den Hafen. Man hat den ganzen Tag über Sonne. Der Ausblick ist der Hammer und das Beste an der Wohnung. Die Terrasse ist mit 3 Liegen gut ausgestattet. Am Esstisch finden 4-6 Personen Platz. Der Gasgrill war top gepflegt und hat uns gute Dienste geleitet. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist lichtdurchflutet und hell gestaltet. Man kann jederzeit das Meer sehen - ob von der Couch im Wohnzimmer oder vom Esstisch in der Küche. Eine bessere Lage gibt es kaum!
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief schnell, unkompliziert und völlig reibungslos.

Cons: Die Ausstattung der Wohnung könnte etwas besser sein. Die Möbel sind modern aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas "kalt" gestaltet.
