This single-level home was thoughtfully designed, with easily accessible bedrooms, two master suites, a private washer/dryer, and a well-appointed kitchen with Viking appliances that opens up to the living room and the flatscreen TV. Walk 250 feet down a peaceful, private road to reach the entrance to the association beach, and spend your days swimming, kayaking, and lounging in the sunshine. You'll come home to a screened-in porch that's larger than most living rooms, with a stone fireplace to warm you after a long day spent in the cool waters of the lake. The backyard also boasts a hard-wired gas grill and a built-in stone firepit with stone seating that's great for outdoor relaxation in a woodsy, serene setting. This air-conditioned home offers your choice of four bedrooms - one with a king-size bed, two with a queen-size bed apiece, and a fourth with two sets of twin bunks. It's the perfect gathering spot for a getaway with family and friends - spend a week or a weekend and return to this lovely spot for years to come. Things to know: Full kitchen This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan, LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Spent a few days at this property with extended family. Space is larger than it seems in description. Very nice renovations. Screen in room is very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Master is private with big bathroom. Everything was clean and in working order. Beach was quiet as was neiborhood. Close to everything.

We traveled with 4 kids and the beach at the end of the street was perfect! Beautiful home, comfortable, more than enough space for 8 people. We enjoyed the screened in porch and firepit! We will be back.

The house is newly redone and has plenty of room. It was very close to the path down to a wonderful beach (plenty of sand and not too crowded, even on Labor Day weekend). Small hiccup with WiFi/internet but Adam came right by to troubleshoot and wrangled with the cable company to get everything back up and running quickly. Highly recommend.

House was nice and close to the beach. Plenty of room for 6 people. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer didn't work and after Vacasa was initially responsive and sent someone out to look at it, we never heard back from them and spent the entire week without a working refrigerator/freezer. There also appeared to be mold in the dishwasher.

Great house in a great location

Rented this house with another family for a total of 4 adults and 6 kids. The room with the double bunks was great for the kids, and then two adults slept in each of the other rooms. The three full bathrooms were also great (except that one of them had a drain that did not go down properly). The common space and screened in porch were great for us to hang out in, but it was a downfall that there was not a table in the screened in porch or outside so we had to eat all our meals indoors. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of linens and some toiletries for use. The firepit worked well for smores and the grill was very nice. One big downside to this house is that the outdoor shower is not functional so we had to hose ourselves off with the garden hose each time we came back from the beach.
The house is on a quiet street with lots of trees. We even saw deer in the yard early one morning. It is such a short walk to a beautiful, private beach that was not crowded and super clean.

Beautiful house but AC broke down for 2 days

Great location! Great home! But A/C broke for 2 days due to a very dirty filter. Also they stove was very dirty! Vacasa was very responsive to our issues! Had some working on it A/C that night!

We had a group of 8: 2 little ones and 7 adults. The pictures do NOT do this place justice. The indoor/outdoor sitting room is incredible with the fire and the furniture so comfortable. We loved the outdoor fire deck and the boys loved the backyard. The kitchen and living room are combined and more than large enough for all of us to be in together with plenty of space between. Also the bedroom bathroom situation was perfect and we ended up putting the boys in the master which is at the end of the hallway so they didn’t hear the adults up during the night. Also proximity to beach and beach exclusivity is awesome. Can’t say enough positive things about this house and it’s location. We’ve all agreed we’d buy it if it ever goes on the market!

The side door off the kitchen was broken and you could use another garbage can other than that we had a pleasant stay lots of room and comfortable, love proximity to beach.
