This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA Home Sharing Dept. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation. * Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests. * Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am. MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 6 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times. A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date. NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines. CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time. NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors. * You will provide the Full Names and Ages of all your guests * In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property. * Well Behaved Family Pet will be considered. PET FEE $175 MUST BE PRE- PAID PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. Pets are not allowed on the beds or any furniture. Pets are not to be left unattended in the home.

House was very clean with comfortable beds. The view is as described and is really fantastic enjoyed the balcony space and relaxing in the evening. Lily from itrip was helpful in getting us in early and communication was great. Can’t wait to come back. If it matters internet was spotty at times but we didn’t care all that much.

I grew up in West Los Angeles, but had never stayed in Laurel Canyon. The views were incredible, from sunrise to late evening, the City that never sleeps did not disappoint.

This place is gigantic and has amazing views. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nice, although the furniture was a little dated. This place was terrific, and Uber were adept at ferrying us up and down the hill.

When planning our first family trip to LA area, I wanted someplace special. Our kids are in their early 20’s so everyone is much happier with their own room and bathroom. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath was idea and it was BEAUTIFUL. It really looks exactly like the photos. We loved the stunning view of the canyon and at night it was AMAZING! Right out of La La Land the movie.
