Great location. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping and downtown Charlotte.
My one and only complaint is that there was not a microwave in the rooms. You had to go downstairs and use one in the lobby.

Property was great
I didn’t like checking in , was told i had to make a $260 deposit after paying $300 for two nights . Had to pull up my booking receipt to show the front desk that i didn’t owe a $260 deposit being everything was fully paid thru booking . The front desk was adamant but then out of nowhere the $260 deposit disappeared being i asked for a manager and only had to pay the security hold of $100, in total they wanted $100 for security and kept saying i owed an additional $260 as a deposit bc of booking . Until i pulled up my receipt and booking said nothing or no further payment is needed except security deposit , def think they was trying to scam me for an additional $260 , i know about the security hold but never was asked to to pay “additional deposit” for booking they the website booking .

The night staff was friendly and cooperative.
I found some issues with the cleanliness of the room. Just spots not wiped and something seemed to be sprayed at the door that left spots. Corners with dust bunnies.

The property was clean and convenient.
The staff (younger ladies) were argumentative about rates because I had three rooms booked but three different rates. She said because I booked through Booking that she could not do anything.
