The young lady at the front desk who checked us in was very polite and helpful.
When we arrived to our room we noticed the bathtub faucet had a bad leak and the tub was full of water, almost overflowing. The bath mat hanging on the edge of the tub was soaked but helped prevent the tub from overflowing. If we had checked in at a later time the tub would have overflowed. The room smelled like a dog and there were large crumbs and pieces of dog biscuits along all of the bases of the furniture and a/c unit.
