Stay was short, much needed stop, breakfast staff was awesome and breakfast was fabulous!!

Breakfast was fabulous, room was clean, most staff were very friendly!!

Front desk check-in was difficult! After traveling for 11 hrs, we were tired and just wanted to get to a comfy room! I booked the hotel with my name and email but paid with my husband's credit card! My husband waited in the car out front! Clerk refused all of my identification and insisted on my husband checking in! Told me I had to park at the back of the building and come back in with hubby to check in! I asked her how we were supposed to get back into the building if we didn't have a key, her response was "good point", wasn't helpful at all! Very frustrating when the two of us were staying together and I had all the ID, but he had to go in!!! Considering that we are snow birds and travel twice a year every year and specifically look for a Drury Inn to stay in because we normally get the best treatment and know that the room is going to be clean and comfortable! This particular spot, the entrance way and elevator was not clean, had old cigarette butts on the floor in the elevator!

Awesome

Everything was great. To be able to have a hot breakfast before heading out for the day was a great way to start the day. Then to come back to dinner and drinks, what more could you ask for.

I would stay again.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and my bed was clean and comfy. I love the free hot breakfast and light dinners, saved so much not having to eat out.

Lack of cleanliness in my room…. there was popcorn on the floor from the previous guest and the side table had something sticky spilled. Also, the shower didn’t work properly because the water poured out of the bathtub faucet. I made do, but the room could use some updating and a vacuum.

Staff was super friendly and happy. We had food each night and morning. My kid loved the pool because you could swim under the wall and go outside. The hot tub felt good after the drive.

I booked too late for a suite. The indoor pool was a bit small and crowded and the chlorine smell was strong, but everything looked clean and there were towels.

I should have asked for a 1st floor room. It was a little difficult for me to take the dog in and out, as I’m recovering from knee replacement surgery.

Very beautiful, comfortable, clean facility. All the staff were helpful and polite. Thank you!

Excellent, woulda been nice to have different options the 2 different mornings, but altogether adequate and tasty.

The only "complaint" I had was the "plumbing" in the bathroom. The sink drain did not seem very adequate; maybe it needs some plumbing or septic attention? The commode also didn't always flush with first try.

Older/outdated facility but nice upkeep/clean and comfy especially beds, one of the best parts was FREE happy hour! Staff super friendly and professional. Shops and dining were within walking distance.

Getting out of parking lot had cross over many lanes to do a u turn. elevator closest to room out of order for entire stay a little inconvenient, the breakfast was the WORST, hot food was cold even after several requests (attendance was nice) and overall bland/nothing like online photos. Overpriced for overall quality.

The stay was poor and it was not what I expected for the money I spent on the room.

The food was cold, plain,not nutritionous .THE Quality of the food was bad and not good quality for the price of the hotel.

We stayed here while visiting the NHRA event and was quite pleased.

The staff was very accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable.

If I had to pick something then it would be the coffee.
