Situated in Ocean Isle Beach, this attractive house for $250 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to Kiki's Cottage! 2 King master bedrooms with attached full bathrooms. Our home is 140 steps to public beach access, and one of the closest houses to the beach in the charming Island Park neighborhood. Relax on either of the 2 decks. Our favorite is the back deck overlooking the lagoon. Bring your fishing rod and try to wrangle a Red Drum-you'll hear them splash! There are also 2 community pools to enjoy. This house is clean. Sleeps:10. 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Sets of Twin Bunks. Home also includes pack and play and booster seat. Long Lagoon View in backyard, ocean views from front porch. Outdoor shower and plenty of car parking along with outdoor living space. 2 community pools and access to 2 community dry docks for fishing in Jinks Creek. Bring your boat. Jinks Creek is adjacent to Intracoastal Waterway. Approximately 1.5 miles to NC Wildlife boat launch ramp. - 2 minute walk to The Isles Restaurant. - 20 minute drive to Calabash, and 30 minute drive to N Myrtle Beach

My family had a wonderful stay. Plenty of space, so very clean, and the hosts are unbelievably helpful and responsive.
NOTE: you need to provide your own bed linens and towels.
Otherwise kitchen was well stocked with cookware, and easy access to the beach.

The property was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 small children. The hosts couldn’t have been any more helpful and responsive - which was greatly appreciated! We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and our daughter especially enjoyed fishing in the backyard and nearby dock. We also loved the neighborhood pools! The house was one of the cleaniest we’ve ever stayed in and was stocked with more amenities than expected - we will be back ❤️☀️

Owners are awesome communicators, making sure they answered any questions and that we had everything we needed. Beach is walkable right across the street. Ocean air is hard on any beach house, but Can see owners efforts to keep things fresh. Great back deck on large pond and also walkable to the creek. LOVED the outdoor shower!!!! Comfortable beds and furniture! Great experience! Thank you!

Very cute place, looked just like the photos. A little misleading on how close it was to the ocean but that is my only complaint. It is 3 rows back from the ocean. It’s about 3 blocks away from the community pool also. The owners were very quick with responses and very nice when we did communicate.

We had a fantastic time!! The owners were easy to get in contact with and responded very quickly. They let us get a late check out which was amazing because we got one extra day on the beach! Place was very clean & great amount of space. Easy walk to the beach!! My husband and son loved being able to fish right in the back yard! Thank you so much and we will definitely be back as we visit OIB every year!

We had a great time this past week! Kristin was the best host answering all my random questions :) we had kids 1-8 in age, and the house and location were awesome. Evening bike rides around the neighborhood were the kids obsession, and such a short walk to the beach!

We decided last minute to get away. Had a price maximum and this fit the bill. The house was one of the best we have stayed at in a while. Very clean and comfortable , lots of room for the 3 of us. Quiet neighborhood and we slept the best we have in months. Loved this place!

We had a wonderful time at Kiki's Cottage. We visited over Thanksgiving weekend. We were welcomed with a warmly lit cottage and a Christmas Tree! The house layout was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! There were actually MORE amenities than described on the VRBO site, including a grill to use (which we did multiple times and truly enjoyed). We had two small children with our group, and the location of the home was excellent, easy walk back & forth to the beach if/when needed. Home was well stocked with the kitchen basics but something to be aware of, is that you need to bring your own linens (bed sheets, towels, etc.) but many rentals in the area require that anyway. Definitely recommend staying at this home!

All the little things make a difference
Great location. About 5 min walk right between beach and pool… Close to the both. Covered parking under the home. Owners provided nice extras like beach chairs and flashlights for crab hunting, pack and play and kids booster seat. Beds comfy and kitchen and living room were roomy. Owners quick with reply with questions and booking process was easy. Will come back here again.

Wonderful property
Your beautiful home was the perfect spot for our holiday gathering! As advertised, it was clean, bright and with a fully-equipped kitchen to prepare a holiday feast. The short walk to the beach and quiet community made for a relaxing stay. Only suggestion would be more flexibility in regulating heat during colder temps. Lack of window coverings means colder air inside-- perfect for summer visitors but not so for winter renters. Luckily we all dressed in layers and brought wraps to stay warm.

Even better than expected!
We loved this house and it’s location! It was absolutely perfect for our group of four adults and six children. We never felt crowded or on top of one another since there were so many places to hang out. The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. The Simmons were excellent hosts, kind and so thoughtful. The walk to the beach is very short and access is easy. This is certainly a first rate home for your vacation!

The home was just as photographed and close to the beach. The pool doesn’t provide any furniture so plan to use beach chairs there. Easy to get to and great place to stay.

Clean, neat, & quick to respond to minor problem. We didn’t realize we needed to rent sheets & towels so be aware. Would have liked to have had an iron and ironing board but hey, it’s the beach. We would rent here again.
