Feel like your home

This is one of the best place I’ve ever seen. The house owner Irina, although she wasn’t there she answered our each questions very fast. She was ready to help about everything. Our lovely neighbour Olga, she helped as if she is the house owner 😻 Her smile was like the sunshine every morning. We will definitely come back to this great apartment and neighborhood 🥰

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful setting

The apartment was clean, spacious, modern and had the most fantastic balcony with an amazing view of the Kotor bay (even more beautiful than on the pictures. Olga (co-host) and the owner where so pleasant and threated us with love and attention. This is a perfect place for relaxation in a quiet area. Roads are narrow but you get used to it on day 2. Bonus is the very, very nice restaurants close by. As I told Olga, we will be back for sure!!! Love, love.

Excellent stay and kindest hostess

Very comfortable apartment, clean and with all the necessary amenities to pass a good vacation. Beautiful view and the beach just across the street. Special mention for Olga, who received us and helped us all along our stay, she is the best.

Very narrow coastal road to arrive to the property, it can be surprising, but we got a parking 🙏

Brilliant stay. Everything you could want and in a great location. Would 100% recommend to family and friends!

The lady who runs the villa couldn’t do enough for us. Very friendly! The roads are very narrow to the location - so if you are hiring a car, bare this in mind but the bay is stunning to drive around. Highly recommend a trip to Kotor town, absolutely stunning place.

We didn’t realise the pool was private as it wasn’t very well sign posted but the lake is so beautiful it’s not a problem - plenty of swimming opportunities regardless of the pool.

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Stefina. The view is spectacular. The apartment was very cozy and clean. We had everything we needed. During the check in we met Olga, a very nice lady, witch make us feel very welcome. I definitely recommend Villa Stefina and will be happy to return ☺️

Villa Stefina Is a Special Place

The views from the terrace at Villa Stefina are incredible. Sun rises, sun sets and when dark, turn out the lights and see all the stars on a clear night. The villa's are designed very well and very comfortable and have everything that you could need for the perfect stay. The team at Villa Stefina are so helpful and friendly and if you need them by text message, reply almost instantly. The property is on the water front, no parking, no trash bins to interrupt the view and no major traffic along the quite road. We noticed that many of the other properties in the area do not have terraces to have your morning coffee or an evening drink on! Perfect place to stay.

Nothing to dislike about the property, everything is perfect at Villa Stefina.

A beautiful place so stay, with stunning views.

Villa Stefina has beautiful spacious and comfortable apartments. The staff were so friendly , helpful and attentive. The Villa is located right next to the sea, so the swimming was great. There were nearby great cafes and restaurants, and a local supermarket.

It honestly couldn't have been better, just a great experience in every way.

Best apartment in Montenegro

The best apartment you can imagine. Nice staff, especially the owner and Olga. They helped me a lot when I sprained my ankle. Without their help, it would be tough. As for the apartment, let me say briefly: de lux! A modern apartment with a view of the mountains 🥰 ... Just magic. I recommend it with all my heart and thank you for a great stay.

Best place in Montenegro!!!

Great place to stay and relax

Great place to stay in the Kotor Fjord. Very nice Host. The streeet in front is not very nosy. You could directly jump into the water. We liked it very much

To reach the place with the car was sometimes a little bit difficult due to the narrow roads ;-)

A beautiful apartment with unrivalled views of the bay.

This place is literally stunning! The view from our apartment (Blue 1) was totally breathtaking. The apartment itself is quiet, clean, comfortable and has everything you could need. It was fabulous to be only a stones throw away from the water’s edge and staff ensured we had sun beds for our relaxation on the stone jetty outside the apartment. Eating out was easy as there are many lovely restaurants close by. It was a joy to sit on the water’s edge each evening and to eat the local food. On a couple of nights we were treated to live, local singing which added a lovely touch of atmosphere. This place is away from the hustle and bustle of Kotor and is charmingly peaceful. It is well situated for visiting other towns around the bay for those who want to explore. We did have a day trip to Perast with the help of the lovely manager, Olga who was always eager to help out with organising taxis etc. Her kind, helpful and welcoming manner make her an incredible asset to the property.

Wonderful place and the view on any time of the day - super!

In short, we like all in Villa Stefana. Our host Olga was super nice, very helpful and positive. Always was very clean and tidy even with two messy girls ;)

The only think you just need to get used to is the narrow road. But my only advice is to slow down or better get a bus to Kotor old town it's great

The orientation of the apartment is very good. Direct sun only in the morning, after that it was easy to maintain normal temperature. View from the terrace is magnificent. Apartment is very well equipped and the planning is very comfortable. The host Olga is far beyond kind, she was always there when we needed her. We were offered a garage for our car. There are decent restaurants in a few minutes walk, a decent grocery store is a pleasant walk away. We enjoyed every day of our stay, I highly recommend this apartment.

We liked absolutely everything about our stay in Villa Stefina! Our apartment was super clean, location is just right by the sea (sea water there is very clean; we shared our sea front with only few people mainly from our Villa, so it literally felt like we had a private beach) , not so far from Kotor Old City (approx 10 min drive, either by taxi or by bus). You can find several restaurants few minutes walking distance from the villa. Our hosts Olga and Irina were just exceptionally friendly and helpful, helping us to arrange taxis or PCR tests, basically whatever assistance we needed. After busy and crowded Budva, our stay in Villa Stefina was felt like being on honey moon:) would definitely go back there once again!
