La ubicación es estupenda. Muy cerca de paradas de metro y al lado de la estación de policía.
Estaba limpio y la cama era cómoda

La ubicació està molt bé, prop de tot i fàcil accés al metro Santo Domingo. L'accés a l'allotjament és fàcil, amb un codi i la clau. L'habitació té bon tamany i el bany també. La nevera té bon tamany. La zona de la cuina és xicoteta però suficient. No s'escolta cap soroll, l'habitació és silenciosa, encara que dona a un pati interior entra llum.
El vàter necessita algunes millores, per exemple el telèfon i la manguera de la dutxa estaven deteriorades, així com el marc de la porta i algunes rajoles del terra. Pel que fa a la cuina, he trobat en falta que les paelles i cassons per a cuinar estiguessin en bon estat.

פרננדו בעל הדירה בחור מקסים ואדיב. היה זמין ונתן מענה לבעיה קטנה שהייתה לנו עם המזוודות בתחילת הטיול.
הגירה נוחה, מרווחת, נקייה, באזור מצויין.
היה נורא חם במדריד ובדירה עצמה המזגן בכלל לא הורגש והיה מאוד חם כל הזמן! בחדר יש אמבטיה מאוד קטנה ולא מקלחון והיה צפוף מעט.

La posizione era ottima perchè attaccata alla Gran Via, vicino all'appartamento avevamo tutto quello che ci serviva e le attrazioni principali le abbiamo potute raggiunge a piedi.
La struttura è datata e bisognosa di ristrutturazione, il bagno è molto vecchio, la maniglia del wc si staccava e il phon è a muro ma molto vecchio e poco manutentato.
