Good location, quiet and close to transport and convenience stores/food.
Very clean, friendly helpful staff.
Beds and pillows a little too firm.

The hotel is located in a quiet area of the city, which is suitable for our family trip. There are still convenient stores and some good restaurants nearby that provide very good services.
We love free shuttle bus to some sightseeing places, it is really an added value.

Very convenient for guests to get around tourist spots in Kyoto

It was in a very good area in the city and washing clothes was an option.
The rooms were small for 5 people - cause that’s how many we were - and there was no air in the room. We opened the window and it did not work it was so hot and even though we used aircon it didn’t help much.
