All staff where wonderful especially the maintenance guy! As I was leaving he helped me top up the oil in my motorbike. Please let him know I made it back to the UK that same day and my old bike is still going strong.
Some of the other guests where a little snooty. Unfortunately I was at the tail end of a 4000km trip so I wasn't quite as well dressed as them. I will remember to bring a shirt when I return in September.

The view was interesting. Free parking. Good location to get into central Rotterdam by train.
Dried cream sachets instead of fresh milk serve with a machine made 3.80 euro coffee is not acceptable. No way to make a drink in the bedroom now (except if you have a 'suite') The cost-cutting exercise is obvious and it's now difficult to see why this is still a four star hotel. The staff seem to 'wing' it and, although are trained to smile a lot, are really not that helpful.
