Perfect location and beautiful

9.5 out of 10, almost perfect for us! It was the most welcoming hotel we've had on Mallorca. The staff was very kind and friendly, we had breakfast and we were asked if we had finished or if we still wanted something even if it was already outside breakfast hours, for example. The thing that I appreciated most was the authentic feel of everything. The art was curated, and all original pieces (not prints!) from various artists, there was also an original painting of the hotel entrance! The furniture was also leaning more into traditional Spanish style where possible. Also, the inner courtyard is just as beautiful as the pictures, if not more so. We were only here 2 nights but wished we would have stayed more! The room was clean, even if it wasn't big, it was cosy; the mattress was comfy. The little balcony was great for drying towels and beach gear. The air-conditioning was the most efficient we've had on the island (and for 36°C it helped!) Water pressure was great, we appreciated the rain shower head and having a bidet. They even provided a mosquito repellent plug-in, even if we didn't have mosquitos. There was the possibility of joining a morning yoga class, but we weren't there when it happened. They offered locally made fig, orange, and lemon marmalade for breakfast that you could also buy to take home. We also received a handwritten thank you card from the staff for choosing their hotel!

The reason it's a 9.5 out of 10 is because there was a persistent musty smell in the room. We'd get used to it, but it never really went away. Another minor inconvenience was that there were only 2 electrical sockets next to the bed, so if we charged both our phones, we didn't have light in that side of the room, only coming from the hallway.

The building itself was beautiful.

The bed was so uncomfortable I woke up with back pain every day. It was as hard as a rock. Some of the staff were friendly, others were a bit rude.
