Ik begrijp de relatief lage score v 7,5/10 totaal niet. Alles is prima mijn gedacht en ik ga zeer veel op hotel.
Details ter verbetering kan men altijd vinden maar alle hoofdpunten zijn gewoon dik in orde.

Central. I used to live in Heist so I know the hotel well.
It’s expensive, but it’s the only place in town.
It used to have staff, apparently not anymore.

L’emplacement et parking privé
Accueil par appel téléphonique en néerlandais ou anglais. Pas de français ni en appel ni en information à l’accueil. Il faut téléphoner, on vous explique en néerlandais ou anglais comment obtenir la clé magnétique et tirez votre plan.
Pas d’air conditionné par plus de 37degrés dehors juste un petit ventilateur. Pad de petit frigo dans la chambre donc la bouteille d’eau offerte est imbuvable. Confort minimum mais très propre. Sdb parfait. Essuies de bain et produits pour se laver . Sèche cheveux. Lits confortables. Pas de téléphone dans chambre donc il faut descendre au RdC pour téléphoner et avoir une information.

Attention plus aucun restaurant ne sert un repas chaud après 21h!!!!!
Bar au RdC ouvert : on se sert dans un frigo mais les boissons ne sont pas toujours vérifiées donc moitié remplis ou plus gazeux.
Petit déjeuner correct mais 22euros très chers.
Mais endroit très agréable pour manger .
Si problème quelconque on doit téléphoner et parfois la personne ne sait rien faire pour vous aider genre allumer la tv.
Par contre durant quelques heures le samedi après-midi il y avait un jeune homme à l’accueil qui était très agréable et faisait son possible pour aider et donner des renseignements. Mais présence trop rare !
