Toda la información para el check in. Y todo limpio y ordenado .
En la ducha no tenía soporte para la alcachofa. La tapa del váter estaba desajustado. Y el porta papel estaba de difícil acceso. Esta informacion la dejo para mejorar y la hago ya que soy empleado de servicio técnico en hostelería.

Based on the negative reviews I’ve seen of this hotel I feel like many people are far too use to staying in a 5 star hotel. However Nersan is a hostal and as such it’s perfect! I stayed 3 nights with my 7 year old daughter. The room was comfortable, the bed was comfortable, it had AC and TV, it had an area to hang some clothes and a top to leave others folded on, the shower worked perfectly without fault and yes we did have to climb to a 4th floor (I don’t like elevators) but unless you’re elderly or have health issues I don’t see what the problem is! It is true that you can hear other people in the rooms next door but only if they are shouting or not respecting the times where silence is requested. We loved it and will definitely like to stay there again.
It could have done with some hand soap in the bathroom (we ended up just using the shower gel provided).

La ubicación. Es un hostal muy céntrico. Al lado de la Gran Vía.
La habitación era correcta para pasar una sola noche.
Todo estaba limpio y no se oía a los vecinos.
No nos informaron de los horarios del personal. Primero nos dijeron que no podíamos entrar antes delas 14h pero cuando fuimos al hostal a lasa 14:45 la rececpcionista nos dijo que se había acabado su jornada y nos tuvimos que apañar sólos para encontrar las llaves y nuestro apartamento, siguiendo únicamente las indicaciones que habíamos recibido por email justo 10 minutos antes que tampoco estaban muy claras.
