Location was great! We were on a safe and mostly quiet street yet very close to all the greatness of Gran Via
The washing machine was broken from day one, but within a few days it was repaired and working! The garbage went out nightly at from 7pm-midnight, but almost every night it was overflowing and on the ground.

The location is very close to the Plaza de España metro and it's really easy to walk everywhere. There are actually a lot of Asian restaurants nearby.
The apartment was spacious, stylish, and had good amenities. I liked that each room had an AC (bedrooms and living room). The bathroom had an electrical towel drying rack, and there were basic cooking and house appliances/ tools (pots, plates, pans, basic condiments, cleaning tools, pull-out sofa, laundry machine, drying rack, iron and board, kettle, toaster, microwave, etc.). The internet was very fast and TV had a few channels. Since the apartment was an interior unit, it was very quiet.
There's also an elevator for those who have mobility issues.
The staff can be contacted via Whatsapp and they're usually very responsive.
We had to purchase extra toilet paper and rubbish bags because management said we we were staying longer than a short term (we stayed 2 weeks). I would've appreciated if the management provided these since it's not like we were staying for a month (which I would've understood).
Though the unit was pristine, the hallways had live and dead cockroaches.
There is also only 1 remote control for the air conditioners. You have to make sure to leave it in a communal area.

The apartment is so comfortable and spacious. I loved it. Phenomenal location. In the heart of everything, but on a very quiet street.
Cleaning is not included in Limehomes in Madrid. Usually, Limehomes include a weekly cleaning. Not in this marketplace.

Good central position
Too much building work taking place nearby & opposite. Photos of accommodation made it look much nicer -some remedial works & redecoration required. Balconies could not be used due to noise of work
