The Staff was very helpful and nice. The room clean and the breakfast good. Also the AC work perfectly.
I was a little disappointed that the rooms don't have a mini refrigerator.

The staff was very helpful, very willing to assist. The location is beyond excellent you take three steps in downtown Madrid everything is available to you. In our seven day trip we say at three different hotels mainly because of where we’re traveling to. our first night was at this hotel. and we regret not coming back to the hotel. We should’ve stayed at this hotel for our entire day.
