lovely location, great staff and clean. The outside patio is a great way to spend the evening and it’s a short walk to the river. highly recommend!

Excellent family getaway.

Loved the location, the wonderful staff, and the patio facing the river. I loved they had fire pits at the lower level to use. We sat out at night watching the fire and talking.

It was clean but hair in the keurig so we didn't use it to make coffee. Hairs in the tub. It wasn't a big deal but we would prefer no hair.

Very relaxing stay and will come back and support such wonderful local mom & pop business.

We made this reservation while we were on the way to Canyon Lake. The innkeeper was very welcoming and friendly. The entrance to the rooms are from the outside, but we felt very safe. The room was clean, cleaner than most of the 4-star hotels I’ve stayed in. Even the windows are spotless. The staff checked up on us to make sure all our needs are met. The views from the back are amazing! Will stay here again.

Nothing against the property, but more of a preferential thing. I like sleeping on firm mattress and the mattress was too soft for me. Also, if you plan on doing work, the wifi is on the weak side. Again, I wouldn’t count this as a con since most people come to this area to relax and I honestly wasn’t expecting the wifi to be strong given the location.

Excellent experience, in everything, room, location and service.

We love everything, the Owner was so kind all the time and the room was clean, we love the decoration in the room and looks and smell as a cabin, like wood. The view is fantastic, suuper relaxing, my kids play a lot in the swings and played by the river in front our room. Definitely we will come back.

Just the pillows don't are comfortable but the owner promised that next time she will give us soft ones.

If you want to be close to water recreation, you can't get much closer. Really nice renovation that provided everything we needed. It was also surprisingly quiet for being located next to the road.

The sheets were a little pilly. Bed was comfortable.

Excellent location for floating. Private entrance to Guadalupe river to float. Tube rentals by shanty right next door. Very friendly staff. Asked for extra towels and the housekeeping was there in minutes Excellent location to whitewater amphitheater.

Only thing would be the water pressure in the shower

Extended our stay because it was just so relaxing and delightful.

Amazing location. The river is gorgeous. The tubing so much fun. The rooms are great. The pictures don’t do them justice. they are far nicer in real life. there are BBQ’s and tables. staff just a delight.

It was a great stay, room service always so friendly and kind.

i loved the location, it honestly has everything you could need when you are out and about taking a nice mini vacation. Has plenty of BBQ pits to cook outdoor, sitting areas, overall great place! Def looking forward to staying there again.

could use a vending machine for drinks or an ice maker machine.

Excellent location. Right on the river- walking distance to everything. Grills, seating at the riverside, playground for kids, access to the river. Clean and updated rooms.

A bit of highway noise as it is right on the busy street.
