Come see why this Phoenix West condo is the best for your family!
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix West. Avoid the elevators and park directly on this floor. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, all new flat screen smart TV's in every room. 70” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 65" HDTVs in the master and a 65" TV in the Queen 2nd bedroom and a "43 flat panel in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom and two Queen Beds 3rd bedroom there is also a sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 10.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

This condo unit was just AMAZING! The unit was so clean, no worries going barefoot here. So spacious!! Everyone had room to themselves w/ our big family. The kitchen was very well equipped w/ anything you might need. The view was just perfection!! Having our meals on that balcony was just the cherry on top of our stay. This condo unit was an absolute dream for us. All staff super friendly & the pool areas so beautifully up kept & clean. Phoenix West was a 5 star rating for our family & we will definitely be returning.

3 generations were entertained at this condo location. The 3 pools as well as access to beach was great. We were close to State Park and other activities. The front desk staff with any questions I had.

The location offers wonderful views of the beach, sunrise and sunset. Very secure and safe for children, lots of things to do at the condo. Clean and comfortable.

The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This unit had doors coming off the hinges and would not close to bedrooms. two bathrooms had faucets falling off. It had a total of four cereal bowls in it. We called the management company, had to leave a message and they never called back of sent anyone to fix the issues. Not renting from them again. It was doable but I am paying hard earned money for my annual vacation.
