The apartment is in a great location, outside the core busy tourist area, but a quick walk to key sights. The street has restaurants and shops, making one feel as in a neighborhood rather than in a touristy center.
The apartment itself was very good. It is on two floors, at the top of the building and while we found the downstairs bedrooms and bathroom very good for its purposes, the upstairs kitchen and dining area, along with a large outdoor balcony was just brilliant. Sitting outside in the morning, afternoon and evening, looking over the rooftops of Venice, added so much to the experience.
The host is great, helpful and friendly. Among other things, they provided some restaurant recommendations and we managed only to try one, but it was an excellent restaurant.
We all agreed we would be happy to stay there again!

Lovely clean and comfortable top floor apartment with an amazing rooftop terrace with views over the rooftops towards St Marks Square.

Le confort (literie parfaite - clim dans les chambres). La super terrasse très agréable pour les petits déjeuners (plein soleil en fin de journée...trop chaud en ces journées à + de 30°) et pour prendre un verre la nuit tombée.
Super bien située dans Venise avec tous les commerces nécessaires dans la rue au pied de l'immeuble.
Un détail : le grille pain... pas réussi à s'en servir 😂
Et si on est un peu exigeant (mais on a choisi cet appartement en connaissance) : être 5 avec 1 seule salle de bain avec les wc dedans.
Une vigilance : appartement en duplex avec un escalier plutôt raide (attention aux jeunes enfants ou personne âgées).
