Our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom beautifully appointed luxury loft is located in the heart of Ouray overlooking historic Main Street. Its location is near all Ouray offers views and ultimate comforts making this destination perfect for your next mountain getaway! Our condo has all the comforts of home with great attention to detail. Its décor embodies the western history for which Ouray is known. Featuring John Wayne and elements from the movie True Grit, you will enjoy the western nostalgia that appears throughout the condo. The well-appointed kitchen with a gorgeous bar area, high-end seating, wine fridge, and up-to-date appliances makes for a cooking and entertaining experience that is sure to remember! For your comfort, we have A/C for the warm summer months, a gas stove to keep you toasty in the winter, and an elevator accessible from the back entrance. We have an Apple smart TV with Dish Network Premium channels in both bedrooms and living area. Bed Configuration: Primary Bedroom - Queen Bed 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed. Each bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with a flat-screen TV. The Primary Bedroom has an En-suite bath and lovely features, including gorgeous views to the south/southeast mountains, a large walk-in tile shower, double sink and dressing area. There is a large walk in closet for guests seeking an extended stay. The second bedroom has glass doors with lovely privacy drapes and offers a beautiful full bathroom across the hall. There is a flat-screen TV in the hutch and internet access. ABOUT THE AREA Nestled at nearly 7,800- Ouray, CO offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year! In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park or music in Ridgway's Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray and Ridgway! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Love this luxury loft and it’s location! We’ve stayed here twice. Right in middle of town and can walk anywhere from it. It is very well stocked and communication was easy and quick. My only dislike is the master bedroom mattress. It is hard and rolls to the middle. Would suggest changing it soon.

This is a wonderful place to stay in a great town. Centrally located with everything you could need during your stay. The beds were very comfortable and warm. All the furniture was comfortable, and the living room chairs were a great spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. The unit is much larger than it looks in the pictures providing plenty of space for groups. The fireplace is a great added feature on a cold winter night. This is a great spot, comfortable, spacious, and centrally located. You cant really ask for anything more.

We really liked this historic place and happen to know that others in this building are excellent as well (not sure if same owner or not). Worked well for us! Being upstairs, it's great that there's an elevator for moving in and out with coolers and luggage for a longer stay. However, if someone has a disability, they won't be able to access the elevator because there are several exterior steps to climb to get the the elevator's lowest level.
The decor is cute and upscale. The lighting was nice and seating was comfy. The unit was pretty clean (a lot of dusting involved with all the cute nic nacs!) but we noticed the bathroom rugs looked like they could use a good washing. Well stocked on spices and essentials. Huge variety of dishes, cutlery, cookware, and "extra" utensils you don't usually see in a rental. Much appreciated. The kitchen was spotless and bathrooms were clean minus the rugs. Beds were comfy and linens were nice. We were missing linens for the pull out bed but the property manager had some to us the next day. The manager was very helpful and wanted to make the stay was great when we explained a couple issues (we had confusion over the key and there was no laundry soap). We did run out of kleenex day 1 and paper towels on day 3 and couldn't purchase paper towels at Duckett's because they were sold out (not too surprised on July 4th weekend). So maybe supply stock could be improved but not much else as the place was great, everything worked fine, and we'd stay again. Thanks for having us!!

Any requests we had, Holly, was always available and on top of getting it taken care of. My only suggestion would be the smaller bedroom have more space to hang clothes and/or a place to put suitcases. This rental made our vacay so wonderful!! We felt right at home.

With just a short walk to the hot springs pool, great shopping, and a 5 minute to Box Canyon we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to return again someday!
