Boli sme v tomto hoteli už tretí krát, a zasa veľká spokojnosť. Raňajky boli chutné, večere tiež. V čase, keď sme tam boli, bolo tam málo hostí, preto aj výber jedál bol trošku biedny. Tento hotel je veľmi blízko k jazeru, je to obrovská výhoda pre tých, ktorí nechcú dlho prechádzať k jazeru. Za hotelom je námestie, na ktorom organizujú rôzne programy, koncerty.
dostali sme izbu v časti B, ktorá ešte nebola rekonštruovaná. Kúpeľňa bola zastaralá s vaňou, do ktorej sa dostať nebolo jednoduché, a vyjsť tiež nie. Ešte dobré, že túto izbu sme dostali my, a nie naše spolucestujúce seniorky po operácii bedrových klbov.

Hotel Erzsébet is located in tree lined, quiet street in the centre of Heviz, a short walk from the marvellous Heviz thermal lake facilities. A beautiful location in every sense. Breakfasts included in the room price were very good (range of choices). The hotel provides ample parking at reasonable price, either securely underground, or in the spacious open area behind the hotel (access gate is closed late in the evening). Reception and dining area staff were friendly.
Reception closes at 8 pm, so later check-in is not possible. Travelling to Heviz from Budapest airport takes a bit under 3 hours, and can be a lengthy process without car, and tricky if your flight arrives late afternoon or evening. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide more information about transport options, e.g. bus or train connections from central Budapest or Budapest airport.

It was hot and we couldn’t ventilate because we had shared terrace. The food was good but not many choices.
