We can’t say enough about how perfect this house is. Flawless! Our family loved every moment. The sunsets are gorgeous. Had everything we needed and things we didn’t know we needed…like pies so delicious we couldn’t stop eating them! Flip & Marty were amazing! Even thought of putting out a UK flag on the mantle for our son visiting from the UK! Can’t say enough…sad to leave.

We stayed here for over a week. It was perfect for us. The property was great. We loved being so close to everything but not needing to feel like we were in the city. Our dogs had room to run and play outside. I would stay again for sure.

This property has everything you could possibly need and everything is labeled so you know where things are. Marty and Flip are great hosts and can be easily reached if you have a question. The homemade pies that Marty makes are outstanding! The personal touches that went into our stay were so thoughtful. This is by far the best place we have stayed (again).

Our stay at this home was wonderful! My family of 8 adults, 2 kids, and a dog was more than comfortable! Very clean and well organized. I love that most cabinets were labeled making it easier to find items. We enjoyed the outdoor area and the view every morning and afternoon. Response from hosts was prompt and answered all my questions. We would love to return one day!

Marty and Flip have thought of everything! The house was spotless when we arrived and had everything you possibly could need. The lake view was beautiful and peaceful. Definitely, Marty’s pies were a huge bonus! We ordered a couple of pies from Marty ahead of time. Ended up eating one whole pie the first night because it was so good. Of course, we had to order another.one. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our holiday at the house. We will be back!

Marty and Flip thought of everything and really made the trip special with extra special touches of banners hanging on the gate and in the house for our anniversary and a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator. We also ordered 3 pies and all were delicious! I would definitely recommend and come back to stay.

House and property are amazing Marty and Flip went above and beyond with all the personal touches. Left us extra toiletries, items in the fridge, bowls for our dog and plenty of towels! So nice to check in and not feel the stress of having to buy basic supplies Our dog loved all the open land to explore! Nothing negative can be said. It is perfection! Will definitely come again!! Marty’s pies add to the perfection!

This oasis is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Our German Shepard enjoyed the freedom and spacious outdoors. We saw plenty of wildlife, coyotes, alligators, squirrels and so many types of birds. Mary and Flip were so considerate of our needs and communication was consistent before/during and after our stay. We are planning on returning to this beautiful oasis, it's one of the best homes we've stay at. Location is the best for days at Universal, only a 15 to 20 minute ride. Don't forget to get one of Marty's pie's, the apple pie she made for my son's 30th birthday was wonderful, not to mention all the decorations she did for him as well. It was a wonderful surprise!!

The owners were on top of all communications, answered all questions were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay there super special! She left little gifts for the children and treats in the fridge, we ordered three of the pies and every single one of them was out of this world amazing! The details in each room of this home were so well thought out we truly felt at home, we truly felt safe and comfortable in every way! Any issues that arose they came right over and took care of them immediately and with so much kindness. These people are amazing please take good care of their home and treat them with respect They so deserve it because they put all of their heart into that home and your stay I promise you! Sitting on the back porch overlooking the lake for morning coffee or for evening sunsets was like getting to enjoy a piece of heaven. When it came time to leave I did not want to go. The kids enjoyed fishing in the lake, occasionally we spotted some alligators and other wildlife with the binoculars they provided, there was a beautiful trail to walk for exercise with fun things to look at along the way, the property is so well maintained, everything we needed for cooking was there, everything was beautifully labeled and easy to find. Our family will be coming back here again if the owners will have us 💜 Thank you guys for blessing us with this experience in your beautiful home.

This place was amazing! Very relaxing with nice views. House was very clean and well kept. Our host was the best, she kept was up to date with everything and was very helpful!! Her pie was very delicious that we ordered it was already in the fridge waiting when we arrived. Best host you could have!! I would definitely rent this place again!

When I pulled up to the gate, it was decorated with a happy birthday sign and couldn’t believe the thoughtfulness. As I was driving in I had the pleasure of meeting Marty, she was so kind and welcoming and that kindness and communication continued throughout the weekend. After getting out of my car I was blown away by the beauty of the property and the quaint style of the house, I just knew I was going to love it and have an amazing weekend. That’s really all I needed but the thoughtfulness and attention to detail continued as I entered the home. The kitchen was decorated with a sign welcoming me, the birthday girls and my family, along with a personalized note from Marty and Flip. I couldn’t wait to explore the beautiful home and was surprised with more happy birthday signs and favors. That little extra touch was so appreciated. The house very comfortably fits 10 people (4 couples, 2 singles) and there’s plenty of room to hang out and enjoy time together. Beware, there are definitely gators in the lake (should be expected in Florida) that you can safely watch from the comfort of the home with the telescope and binoculars that are provided. One of my best experiences in Orlando! This house is amazing! I will be renting this house again if they will have me back! It was great for Family to stretch out relax dog to play in the backyard and beautiful sunset! The host of this property are also equally as impressive. Their attention to detail is second to none. Great place great vacation can’t wait to go back!

They were available to us but never intrusive. And so kind, I was actually tempted to ask them to join our family in our little gathering. The house accommodated our group of 3 adults and 3 kids with ease. We were joined daily by additional family who live nearby. It was so satisfying to see the people I love scattered around the spacious living rooms, on the patio and playing on the lawn. The furnishings are impeccably clean, friendly and well cared for. Marty’s key lime pie was perfection. Maybe we'll try the banana coconut cream pie next time. Peace with Pie will be our first choice for our next visit with family in Orlando.
