The place smelled very clean, breakfast was fine, location was excellent (short drive to the beach). I felt safe in the area and the front desk gave suggestions for eating places, which was appreciated.
I do wish the sheets were a little thicker, they seemed a little thin. I had to change rooms because the tv would not come on, but that was a minor issue that was quickly resolved by the front desk. The coffee at breakfast was not very good (it was hot, just not the best flavor, I drink black coffee).

The breakfast was standard, everything was set up nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the morale seemed to be high. That is important because if your staff is happy, they treat your guests well. I felt very welcomed and I felt I could ask any staff member for assistance. That is what people remember the most! Their experience! My experience was great! What is the use of staying at a over priced place with unhappy employees and do the bare minimum because they really don't want to be there?
