Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The location was great. Felt safe and close to many shops, restaurants and point of interest. Staff takes care of requests or any issue immediately.

Hotel is pleasant and newer, bed were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, better than most hotel stays. Fresh, plentiful and yogurt bar was great.
Although we saw staff, we had no room service for our 3 day stay. No clean towels, no trash pick up, in the shower - shampoo and body wash were empty on arrival. Each time - excuses were made for the lack of service when we requested towels from the front desk staff. I also understand that equipment breaks, but one of the two elevators was not working and the automated doors in the front lobby would not open - which gets difficult with luggage.
