The atmosphere is homey, welcoming, and clean. My room was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food had a variety of options. The location is also safe and close to Walmart, Target, and restaurants.

Breakfast was plentiful. Shower pressure was excellent. Parking was convenient. Close to main attractions like the beaches and downtown.
Cockroach crawled on my leg in the room. Lack of storage and hooks. No housekeeping service on shorter stays.

Not really impressed with the location or the staff.
When we arrived the Mac was at the front desk and he gave us so many instructions we could not remember them. When I ask him about the wifi instructions he states they are on the back of the tv guide. I then ask how would I know that and he tells me "I told you that when you check in." What an insult it made me feel like a fool.
The guest restroom was filthy and had not been cleaned plus there was a checklist on the door and the last time it was checked was July 9 and it was July 27 when I was there.
The toilet in the room kept running and we reported.
