Welcome to our condo just a few minutes from the world famous 5th Avenue and Third Street in downtown Naples, and the white sandy beaches. Close by, you also have access to popular Tin City and Bayfront, and the abundance of dining, shops and activities in the area. Walk to attractions or take the complimentary shuttle to/from the beach & downtown Naples! Fantastic for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, professional nomads, and families with children. Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi is included along with a big-screen smart TV in the living room and flat screen smart TV’s in both bedrooms. Log in to your favorite streaming service (Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, etc) to enjoy your favorite shows in your home-away-from-home! You’ll love to relax in this spacious first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, just a few steps to the pools and all resort amenities. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils, and much more – perfect for making home-cooked meals! The master bathroom includes a spacious shower and Jacuzzi tub. The guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, and hair dryers are available in both bathrooms. A washer and dryer are also provided in the unit. This is a true resort experience! Resort fees are paid directly to the Resort upon check-in and cover everyone in the reservation. These fees are as follows: - May 1st to October 31st = Administration fee of $100 (one time fee) and Daily resort fee of $40 + tax per day - November 1st to April 30th = Administration fee of $200 (one time fee) and Daily resort fee of $50 + tax per day For stays 30 days to 6 months, the fee will be $750 plus the administration fee. My husband and I jumped down to Naples for a quick getaway. This condo was so comfortable and clean! It is well stocked, located close to downtown Naples and on a small resort that offers everything you could want. We had terrible weather but still enjoyed our vacation as we drove around to get to know the area. We were alway happy to get back to the condo as it felt like home!

We spent a week with our 4 year old and newborn and the condo served us perfectly. The access to the pool was very close by and a lot of fun for our preschooler to play safely for hours while still having quick access to the unit for the baby. Unto was well appointed with all needed amenities and very well located too, close to main roads, downtown, and beaches…everything we were looking for!

We had a great time at this location. It was impeccably clean and well located. Amenities were great, as well. Basics like coffee, filters, tea, laundry detergent-everything was like home and very thoughtfully organized. I would seek out this property again!!

We just returned from a amazing vacation at this property. The resort was amazing. The location of the cottage was perfect. Very close to the pool. The cottage was very clean and wonderful. Had everything that we would need for us. The beds were very comfortable. Wonderful communication and checking in on us while we were there to make sure if we needed anything.

The condo beds were very comfortable and the condo was in a great location. Close to downtown, boats, and golf. It was attached to a Tennis/Pool club with a lazy river, waterfall and adult swimming area. The tennis courts were amazing. The pool towels, tennis and workout room were all included in the resort fee. The staff were super friendly. The spa treatments were amazing. Our family agreed it was one of our best Christmas vacations (even though the beaches were closed due to the hurricane cleanup)

This condo is well-appointed, comfortable and in an excellent location within the resort property. The Naples Bay Club is a beautiful resort, with lovely amenities and a very accommodating staff. The proximity to Old Naples is an added bonus. The owners and property manager are wonderful to work with...we'd definitely book this condo again!

Our favorite stay so far
This was our fourth trip to Naples Bay Club and Resort staying in the cottages and our favorite! The owners were great at communication while booking and organizing the trip. Once we were there we were in touch with the property manager who was also so friendly and on top of everything. The location is perfect for use of the pool and the club and walking to 5th Ave for dinners. The condo was very clean and full of all the essentials you would need on your stay in Naples :) Definitley hope to be back!

Excellent service at a wonderful property
I worked with Brad & Raquel in arranging a stay at their property for my parents and 10 year old son. The condo was clean, convenient to restaurants and part of a very well maintained resort community. They loved the gym and work out facilities as well as the pool while my son was partial to the Lazy River:) Both the owners and property manager were extremely accommodating and attentive during their stay. They would definitely return to the property in the future.
