Stayed with my husband and our 1 year old baby. Perfect location. Steps to lift. Parking at the door. Exactly as shown in the photos. Great description about what is and what is not included. Excellent communication with the host, who was kind and considerate. Small extras in the unit (snacks and coffee, which were appreciated). Host facilitated early check in at our request. Easy access to the unit. The unit is a studio, so keep in mind it is small, but very well organized with hooks for winter clothing and ski/snowboard rack in room. Cozy bed. Very clean!
Expensive nightly rate... however is in keeping with other price points in Boyne. Unfortunate that the prices are so high everywhere at this resort.

Was very close to main lodge, restaurants and ski lifts. Yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet without the crowds.

That it was so close to the waterpark and that there was almost everything provided for us to use. The community was also very calm and quiet even with the pool right outside.
Having a newborn it would have been nice to have a kitchen, but it was not a big deal without it.

So clean, so many extras like paper plates, utensils, ziploc bags, full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash, plenty of pillows, ample power charging sources, mini fridge for leftovers and water. Hosts started a group text to stay connected.
I have no constructive feedback, facilities and host went above and beyond.
