Located in the heart of the Warehouse District, guests are minutes away from the French Quarter and Convention Center. As New Orleans’ first apartment hotel, The Brandywine by Roami boasts a range of luxe rooms—from cozy studios to four bedroom suites with full kitchens. Enjoy the lively atmosphere of our rooftop pool or break a sweat in our fitness center. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOM: This property sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2) Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 6, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym, rooftop deck, and bar. PARKING: There is valet parking on site (open 7:00am - 11:00pm), @ 40.00 per night plus tax. For long-term Guests, we offer monthly contracts @ 360.00 per month. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Games, and toys are provided upon availability. AREA: The approximate unit size is 1,152 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property The Neighborhood: Central Business District Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. Luggage Storage: While we offer luggage storage, please note it is a shared luggage storage and open to all of our guests. Please refrain from leaving valuable items inside your luggage's. The management will not be held liable against any lost or damaged valuables. Interaction with Guests: We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. walking distance to everything we needed. WWII Museum was great and the restaurants and shops in that area are very good.

The location is amazing. Short walk to the French Quarter, Canal Street, or the World War II museum. We were amazed at the ability to get where we wanted to go. The hotel was a bit of a mess. Found out after we booked the pool was closed for maintenance which was sad but understandable. When we arrived we found that our room didn’t have the pull out couch as was described in our accommodation for 6 of us. Thankfully I was able to contact Andy who was able to find us a new room after a couple tries. The new room looked nice but was generally not well maintained. The kitchen sink sprayed all over when it was turned on. We had to keep a towel around it so it wouldn’t make a huge mess. Andy never did come to fix it after I shared the issue with him. Dishwasher drawer was broken, black mold on the shower tile grout. A super small shower head in a huge shower. Sink faucet was broken but there was a second one. All things that we made work. The game room was awesome and broken. The handles on the foosball tables were all broken off. The pool table sticks had broken tips and the ping pong table was too close to the wall to actually play. The biggest issue was when they called the evening before Christmas Eve and told us we would have to move rooms on Christmas Eve. They kept telling me they would call me back to fix the issue but instead left me to wonder if I my family would be getting kicked out of our room on Christmas Eve. It created a very anxious situation that wasn’t necessary

We really liked the property and the location. The bathroom had hair in the shower and on the sink. The carpet needed to be vacuumed, there was hair on the carpet.

We were extremely happy with the unit, the amount of space, and the available amenities. It was within easy walking distance of anything in the quarter or surrounding areas that we wanted to see. It was a great base from which to work!!

Upon arriving we had great instructions on the check in process. During our stay the place had great amenities and information available in the room. We enjoyed the location and being able to walk to places or catch the streetcar to the Quarter.

This property was 5 stars when it comes to service, amenities, comfort and location. Bonus - covered private parking which is a luxury in this area! Also check out the rooftop pool.

THE GOOD: -The apartment was clean, well decorated and stocked with the essentials needed for the stay. -The checkin process was smooth and easy. -Bonus, the apartment had washer/dryer that was not listed as an amenity. -Location less than a mile of convention center and French quarter. A hefty walk in NOLA heat, two blocks from trolley line. THE NOT GREAT: (order of importance) -Security: two men entered our room one day with a key code without announcing themselves. My kids were in the living room and it rightly scared them. I tried to chase after but they disappeared. Spoke with management they had used someone else's key code, but I was told they were employees. I was told they would be reprimanded, but I did not feel safe for my kids the rest of the week. The area of town has quite a bit of homeless and my wife witnessed a couple of suspicious exchanges while we were walking. -Parking was an additional $30/night in the buildings garage. I do not remember seeing this anywhere in the listing. -The building had conflicting posted information about time for pool so kids and I were kicked out of pool while looking at a sign that said the pool should be open for another hour. I said something about the sign, but the staff member just said it was wrong. -AC does not properly cool the master bedroom at the setting Roami asks you to leave it on. -Dining room only two chairs -WiFi spotty -The apartment & game room had minor broken stuff

We rented the condo for a conference. The rooms were clean, mattresses were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the interior was cool, the location was excellent, and the rooftop swimming pool was the cherry on the top of the cake! Highly recommend!
