The Space: The Brandywine is the perfect place for large groups of families and friends to enjoy curated apartment style living with hotel services. Located in the heart of the Warehouse District, guests are minutes away from the French Quarter and Convention Center. As New Orleans’ first apartment hotel, The Brandywine by Roami boasts a range of luxe rooms—from cozy studios to four bedroom suites with full kitchens. Enjoy the lively atmosphere of our rooftop pool or break a sweat in our fitness center. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOM: This property sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2) Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 6, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym, rooftop deck, and bar. PARKING: There is valet parking on site (open 7:00am - 11:00pm), @ 40.00 per night plus tax. For long-term Guests, we offer monthly contracts @ 360.00 per month. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Games, and toys are provided upon availability. AREA: The approximate unit size is 1,686 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property The Neighborhood: Central Business District Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. Luggage Storage: While we offer luggage storage, please note it is a shared luggage storage and open to all of our guests. Please refrain from leaving valuable items inside your luggage's. The management will not be held liable against any lost or damaged valuables. Interaction with Guests: We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. We loved everything about this property. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The property was clean and exceeded our expectations. The common room was large and well appointed. The bedrooms were comfortable. It was a bit too cold during our stay to enjoy the outdoor spaces much but will fix that during our next stay. We highly recommend this location.

Amazing and beautiful apartment! It was right between where we needed to be - Tulane and the French Quarter. It was mostly quiet even at Mardi Gras time. The only draw back was the extremely expensive cleaning fee, no parking so cart was $40 a day and the taxes! 😳

This was a great accommodation for our ladies getaway. Safe neighborhood, convenient to a coffee shop across the street, restaurant street level, wine store around the corner, street car station one block, easy for ride share pick up /drop off. Beautiful space and bathrooms.

Me and my daughter's stayed here, the room was just like the pictures. Enough room for us to spend time with each other, bur also to have some personal time. Balcony was great but they should get some umbrellas due to the high heat and sun rays. Also at the pool.

We loved our rental. Plenty of space for our family to relax after enjoying our many walks to the French Quarter. The valet staff greeted us throughout each day with a warm smile. Our teens enjoyed the rooftop pool. Seeing the city at night from that level was a special bonus. If the digital type of check in is new to you, take a deep breath, remember change can be hard, and know that it will all be okay. Just double check your email for the most recent building code update the day of your arrival.

The check in kiosk doesn’t work very well at all. Sustained an injury bro my side and back due to a fire alarm panel that had fallen down that was initially taped up with electric tape. Property returned a whole 150 dollars due to that and then taped the panel back up. Other than. That had a great time.

The room was awesome. The beds were inviting and soft. The kitchen was beautiful but not stocked for cooking. The furniture was not comfortable but the deck was huge! The pool was the only major disappointment. It was the main reason we choose this location. It is a kiddie pool 3' deep. Watch out for parking. Just be prepared to have it go through the valet, it's quick , it's $40 per day, but we searched for cheaper but it's not better. Quick walk everywhere or a trolley is steps away.
