The location was amazing. Walking distance to the entertainment. The breakfast was delicious. It was wonderful to have breakfast included in the stay. Also, the chef was amazing to ensure we were comfortable and everything was fresh and available to all guests. Customer service was great. Easy check in process. Will definitely be staying again.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed there, and we will come back. Every room is a suite, and to get a suite at this price is wonderful. It’s clean and the staff is helpful and kind. This time the A/C in our room was not cooling correctly…they immediately moved us to another across the hall, and as I was standing there called someone to address the problem in the old room.

Having a suite for the price of a room…nice. August in New Orleans… Air-conditioning is so important! This hotel does not disappoint. Hallways are cold, rooms are cold, breakfast area is cold…so nice!
My biggest problem with this hotel… Is the same problem with basically every hotel in New Orleans, availability of parking… And the cost to valet…
We were able to find street parking literally right in front of the hotel or just around the corner and it’s free from 10 PM to 8 AM. This works for our schedule because we were doing things in other areas of New Orleans all day long, and only got back to the hotel around 10 PM.

The rooms were clean. The staff at the front desk was nice.
The tv didn't work. The elevators were smelly and only one was working. The breakfast wasn't good. The bread smelled molded.
