About this condo rental
Situated in Orange Beach, this lovely condo for $493 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This charming, beachfront condo is truly a home away from home. Featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, and spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the only thing this unit is missing is you! The living room offers ample seating, flat-screen tv, sleeper sofa, and balcony access. The fully stocked kitchen has all cooking essentials and the dining area has seating for six at the table and two at the bar. The primary bedroom offers a king bed with a brand new mattress (as of Feb 2023), flat-screen tv, private ensuite with shower/tub combo, and best of all, balcony access with a beach view! Each guest room features a queen bed and flat-screen tv. The guest bath is conveniently located right between the two guest rooms and offers a shower/tub combo. This property has everything you and your family need to enjoy your beach getaway! There are three pools (large outdoor, outdoor kiddie, and heated indoor), two hot tubs (indoor & outdoor), a fitness center, a sauna, tennis courts, picnic area with grills, and is located within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Our staff at Beach Life Vacation Rentals are here to help you plan the best vacation!! ** Construction is complete and all equipment has been removed! We are open for guests!! Important Things To Note: * Renters must be at least 25 years of age. * Vehicles must be registered prior to arrival via a link provided in your check-in instructions. Parking passes are $50 per vehicle per stay. Max of 2 vehicles allowed. Prices subject to change without notice. * A rental agreement is required for ALL reservations and the name on the contract must match the name of the individual checking in/staying on the property. * Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act). * According to the ADA :"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities" - "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA." * Service dogs must stay with the guest at all times and cannot be left in the unit unattended.

Loved our stay at this condo! Room for everyone. Beds comfy! Has sleeper sofa, we didn't use it. Good balcony furniture. Close to Walmart market and Publix. We like to cook a big breakfast to start our day. Kitchen stocked fairly well, we made do. Addressed it with management, new skillet to be added. :) Defiantly would stay here again, when coming to Orange Beach.

The condo looked clean but when shoes were taken off, all of our feet were black. I would have wet mopped but nothing was available. I did sweep daily for sand and vacuumed. I would recommend having some child appropriate games available. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

We love Orange Beach. This was our second trip down there. This property was in a great location. The unit itself was clean (except for a few items in the kitchen). The elevator was super hot - thankfully we only had to take to the 5th floor. Not sure if something was not working or if there is no AC in the elevator. One thing I wish we had known before we left is that the entire front of the property is claimed by a chair rental company. The first morning we woke up and the chairs/umbrellas were three rows deep. We had to set up in front of the property next door. There was communication that this was available but I had no clue that would be the only option if we wanted to see the water.

Great condo that we used during a work conference as well as some personal downtime. Everything was perfect. Beautiful views of the Gulf and Beaches from the fifth floor. Great outdoor covered porch/lanai with nice table, chairs, and loungers. Enjoyed the large outdoor pool and it was great having restrooms located at the pool. Windward Pointe is a very nice complex.

Relaxing Time at the Beach.
We enjoyed a very relaxing stay at Windward Point 502.
While the condo is an older unit, it was tastefully furnished and very clean.
We enjoyed most of our meals on the large and nicely furnished balcony watching the waves.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and small appliances. There was nothing that we needed that the owners had not thought to provide: extra blankets and pillows and even beach towels.
The security staff and the beach chair rental company were both very friendly and accommodating as one of our guests had to use a scooter and a sand wheelchair.
We would highly recommend this unit.

Fabulous stay on Orange Beach
Perfect for our family spring break! Condo had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Great deck furniture with an amazing view of the ocean! Pool area was perfect for kids and a great spot for grilling and eating dinner with friends. The beach was clean and the white sand was gorgeous. On the morning of our departure, there was a very destructive hailstorm that destroyed our rental car. They allowed us to stay an extra few hours after check out to make new arrangements for travel. So thoughtful and accommodating. We really appreciated it! We would definitely rent this unit again!

This condo was perfect for our family of six (kids ages 7, 10, 13, 15). We were in town for a club soccer tournament and wish we had longer to stay and more time at the beach. Tropical Storm Sally was threatening while we were here and was literally rolling in as we left. Perfect timing! The 5th floor was a perfect level. We had everything we needed, and the kids loved the beach supply closet on the balcony. The balcony itself was large...much more so than any other place we have stayed. Dorenda was very gracious and accommodating. She even offered to bring more games over when it appeared it might rain the whole weekend. Thankfully we avoided rain all weekend except for one shower. Dorenda also offered to come by and get all our plastic recyclables since there is nowhere to leave those items at the condo. We didn’t do anything while in town other than play soccer and go to the beach, but it appears this condo is in a perfect location for numerous other activities to enjoy. Since we came in the off season it was not crowded, which is a must for my husband to agree to a beach trip. Ha! All of us in our family are not beach lovers like me, and we usually rent/prefer a house over a condo, but everyone agreed we would like to come back to this location!

Perfect Family Beach Getaway
Amazing view! My family and I had a great time and felt at home while staying here. Dorenda was amazing and so kind. My 3 year old locked the cabinet of beach/pool toys after a trip to the beach. She brought extra beach chairs and toys to us within an hour. We don’t normally vacation in the same place twice but we have all agreed that is over. We are looking forward to coming back next summer for a longer visit.

Dorenda was extremely flexible. We booked the property pre covid, when covid hit she offered us multiple options with out us asking, we could even cancel upto the day before check in and get a full refund. Dorenda sent a few text while we were there to make sure we were happy, and even offered tips on some fun thing to do.

Loved it!
We had agreat vacation at Beach Blessing. The room was very clean and super nice. It had everything available that you could possibly need including beach toys, chairs and an umbrella( never have had these supplied before). If you are considering staying here, you won't be disappointed. The owner is very nice and checked with me several times to make sure everything was satisfactory and give me suggestions on restaurants and attractions. Overall, we were very pleased.
