Needs a good deep clean

The location was fantastic and the view from room was beautiful. Instructions for the apartment were clear and easy to follow.

The cleaning was less then ideal, the shower was not clean at all and any cutlery or utensils used from kitchen had to be washed first. The sofa was uncomfortable to sleep on or sit on and the carpet had lots of stains. Even the cleaning items left at the property looked like they needed replacing. Was very disappointing especially when in the instructions we were asked to leave the property clean and tidy as it only gets a basic clean.

It was expensive for a lack of bedding and difficulty finding the building.

The location, once we found it, was convenient to concert venues.

There was no bedding provided for the sofa bed. You can’t presume that 2 adults can sleep in the same bed. I can’t sleep with my 14 year old son! Also, the building and car park were extremely difficult to find. The photos mentioned in instructions were not attached. There are no signs or names on the building or the car park. Very stressful on arrival. Maps on phones also lead to the wrong location.

The view was nice, the bathroom was so large, everything was clean enough.

I couldn't open the blind in the bedroom as it was broken nor turn on the A/C because the remote wasn't there so I did feel a little almost claustrophobic.
