Convenient for the purpose of our visit. Ample room, good bathroom provisions.
Lack of cooking basics. For short term stays, having s&p and some type of cooking oil would go a long way.

I liked the location for the event that we were attending. The apartment overall was very roomy and the view was nice. Kitchen was a good size and well stocked with crockery and other items. Small laundry was good as well.
The second bedroom bed was very noisy and creaked everytime you moved. The bedside table is in the opposite corner to the bed, which means you have to get out of bed to turn off the lamp. There is no windows in this room so no airflow, which is okay but perhaps an airconditioner would be a plus. There were no powerpoints near the bed either. The couch had a few stains on it and there could be a bit more attention to detail with the cleaning.
