Location and view.
Easy access to Showground. Lots of other stadiums and sporting facilities around.
Short walk to loop train, which links to the train network.
Great secure car park.
Fast attention to and then replacement of broken item.
35th floor. Amazing.
The third bedroom (single bed) was tiny with no windows, no air-conditioner & no fan.

We couldn't get the second set of keys to open the garage.

Excellent location, walking distance to everything we needed. Apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and there were smaller items that were great - dishwasher pods for example.
Would have liked some hand towels in bathrooms and kitchen and also a second key. As the key is used to activate the lift this was quite inconvenient.
