The location was amazing, check in/out process was very easy, the property was clean and had a lovely view and was close to shops etc. It had everything we needed there such as a washing machine and cooking facilities and utensils, we will definitely be returning in the future
This is a personal preference but the beds were very firm and the sliding door in the bedroom was locked, if we were able to open it and allow some airflow it would have been amazing. Only very minor things and we were still very happy with our stay.

Location was super
Confusing access and communication . Booking.com did not seem to be in sync with our messages with the host including checkin and key collection. It’s difficult to post a photo in booking.com messages

Good location, good kitchen and bathrooms
Extremely hard and uncomfortable beds, poorly ventilated third bedroom (storage room not bedroom), excessive road and train noise, and inadequate blinds that left the rooms too bright.
