Very accommodating for the size of the apartment
The smell when you entered the building was atrocious.
We had to check in late after requesting to check in early and was told no they are very strict on check in and check out times which was fine and we accepted that but we couldn’t get in at 3pm for the check in time because the cleaner never left the keys to access the property. Instead of being able to check in early or on time, check in time was almost an hour late waiting for the cleaner to return with the keys.
If we checked out late there would have been a charge but I didn’t receive any thing back for having to check in late due to their cleaner.
